A/n: there are some sexual parts in this chapter. You have been warned.

Remus and Hermione danced with each other over a few minutes until she felt a hand lightly pressed against her shoulder. She peered upward to see Fenrir looking down at her.

"I would like to have a dance with my mate before the evening is over." Fenrir stated, a hint of a growl in his words. Remus lifted his head to say something but Hermione quickly released her hold on Remus and took Fenrir's hand as he started to dance around with her. Hermione watched as Remus, who looked defeated somehow, walked back towards somewhere to sit. She and Fenrir danced for a little bit until she started to noticed that his hands were roaming a bit close towards her breasts and rear. She lightly slapped one hand that got too close for comfort near her ass.

"What was that for?" Fenrir asked, playing the dumb fool. Hermione scoffed.

"You know why." She shot. She gasped when she felt Fenrir pushing her tighter against his form, his pelvis pressing against her waist. Hermione tighten her fingers against his shoulders as she leaned against his chest, listening as his heart beats within. She didn't know why Fenrir was being extra "lovey-dovey" with her but she figure it might have something to do with him being a werewolf and her being his mate. She then thought about something that brought a lighthearted laugh slipping passed her lips.

"Are you doing this because you're jealous of Remus?"Hermione asked him, gazing upward. She could see Fenrir had stiffened as he shook his head 'no'. But she could read him like an open book.

"You are! I can't believe you are jealous of Remus." Hermione joked, giggling to herself. She shrieked when Fenrir lightly slapped her rear, causing her to bury her face in his chest further.

"I'm not jealous. I'm just protecting what is mine." Fenrir defended before burying his face into her neck. She shook her head.

"You have nothing to worry about, Fenrir. Remus is just a friend, nothing more. He's just looking out for me as a friend too." Hermione assured him. Fenrir shook his head.

"Oh, how little you know about us, mate. Remus's human side might view you as just a friend, but the wolf... the wolf is another matter." Fenrir whispered in her ear. Hermione shivered at the mere thought. She liked to know and learn about all sorts of things that may help her friends and family out. So to think there was something she hardly knew was kind of killing her... just a little. What bothered her was the comment about Remus. Could Fenrir be telling the truth? Could Remus be secretly growing fond of her in that  way? Hermione didn't know what to say to it nor did she know what to do if the matter had to be sorted out with Remus himself.

Hermione sighed as she just swayed with Fenrir, trying not to think about it for a moment. For now, she just wanted to enjoy the evening with Fenrir and not be disturbed by anyone. After all, there was nothing for them to worry about.

*Hogwarts*

Harry woke up in cold sweat, huffing and puffing as his entire face appeared like a deer in the headlights. He could feel his heart beating itself right in his ear after the horrible dream he had last night. His attention shifted when the bright lights came flooding in his dorm, causing him to look to see Ron, Professor McGonagall, and a few other teachers beside her.

"What's going on, Mr. Potter?" McGonagall asked him. He shook his head as he uttered the only words that could escape his lips.

"He's back! Voldemort is back!"
