Book 7: They Both Die At The End

They Both Die At The End by Adam Silvera

Another Adam Silvera book. I read this in one night. Took 6 hours and got 2hrs of sleep but that's ok. ummmm surprise surprise they both die at the end! whaaaat? i know I was crying for an hour at 4am. This book is gay so we love that. Not much to say. Its really good and the characters are nice. I don't feel as strongly about it as Six of Crows but its still a 10/10 from me. Fast-paced but not in an overwhelming way bc it has to take place in 24hr. This is a quick one but there's not to much to ay without spoiling it.

Mateo has anxiety. This man has been preventing everything he can from his death. he stays inside, always looks both ways, etc etc. but he still gets the Death cast call telling him he'll die in 24hr. Weird. His mom is dead and his dad is in a coma. HE has 1 best friend. But through One Last Friend app he meets Rufus.

Rufus. In the middle of beating someone up he gets his death call. He gathers his friends and goes back to the foster home he resides in and sets up a funeral....that is until the cos come because some bitch snitched. *cough* the dude who he was beating up *cough* so he ran. He decided not to be alone when he dies and goes onto the One Last Friend app where he meets Mateo
