"I'm going to be a pro hero" you spoke confidently while looking at your middle school class.
"Going to be? You mean you wish you were" the teacher spoke with a giggle. The assignment was to write down what you wish to do when you get older.
"Its not a wish. It will happen" you glared at the teacher, you've been told that your gaze was the scariest thing to exist. It was obviously true since the teacher shivered and hid behind a folder.
"How? With no quirk?" Some kid with bat wings said causing everyone expected a certain boy to laugh. He was glaring at everyone who laughed making the joke die quick.
"And you have wings, that can't carry yo' fat ass. Who's really struggling?" You spoke in a nonchalant tone as you made your way to your seat.
The boy started to cry causing the class to scold you. "Oh shut up" your only friend spoke up.
You always put on the fake act of being cocky and confident. When in reality you fought the tears forming in your eyes. You honestly didn't care if people didn't support you but getting embarrassed and isolated still hurt.
"I believe in you" the twelve year old blonde put his arm around the girl next to him.
"Of course you do, your the only fucker here with common sense" the young girl wiped her eyes aggressively causing them to turn red.
"Swear"
"Neito?" You let go of the pink female causing her to fall on her butt.
The cocky blonde stopped laughing, his face went through multiple emotions until his eyes lit up. "Y-y/n"
Both classes watched awkwardly as Neito engulfed you in a bear hug. His classmates looking in disbelief as he showed showed affection.
"I knew you'd make it" he wrapped and your waist and he kissed your jaw. Bakugo felt a sting of jealously at the sight on you two.
"I'm y/n l/n of course I did" you spoke one he finally let go. "But how come your not in this class"
You both got lost in conversation, ignoring the other kids and eventually everyone went to go spar.
"HEY DUMBASS TRAIN WITH ME" a explosion was set off close to Neito's face. Both of you didn't even flinch making Bakugo confused.
"No thanks" you tried to reject his proposal and continue talking to your childhood friend but the new classmate of yours dragged you away.
"Meet me at my room y/n" Neito gave you a soft smile before running off to his class. Yiu turned around to be face to face with the boy who ruined your conversation with your childhood crush.
"What do you want pretty boy"
