A/n: you and Carl are 14 and btw you call Maggie mom
Y/n's POV:
We have been on the road for a couple months now and today we found this house so we're checking if it's safe 
Me and Carl went into the kitchen he was looking for food and he looked under the skin he found dog food
"Carl gross put that back" I said
"It's not poisonous for humans" he said back
"Your actually disgusting" I replied
"Whatever" he under his breath
We went to the living room
Rick grabbed the can for Carl and threw it in the fire places T-dog looked out the window
"Psst" T-Dog said so we grabbed our things and left..
Rick and Daryl told us they found a prison
~Time skips~
We got settle in for the night we didn't go In the prison we're just outside it eating
"Beth you should sing" Herschel said
So Beth started to sing
~Time skips~
Maggie, Glenn , Rick ,T-Dog and Daryl were killing the walkers while me,Carl,Beth ,Lori and Herschel made noise to kill the walkers that come to the fences. Rick, Daryl,Maggie,Glenn and T-Dog went inside the prison to check if it was safe
Glenn came and told us it was safe so we got our stuff
"Is it safe?" I asked
"Yes it's Secure" Rick said
"Okay" I said waking to find a cell
"Oh hey Carl" I said
"Hey" he said waking into the cell I was in
"Do you wanna share a cell?" He asked blushing
"Will your dad let us?"
"I'm sure we won't mind I mean we're 14" he said
"exactly" I said
He gave a confused looked
"Carl" I said shaking my head
"Oh?" He said still a bit confused
"OH" he said getting it
"I'll just go find my own cell but next to you" he said
"Okay" I said with that we went to his cell
Well I guess this is our home...
I walked up and out of my cell and to see everyone getting ready to look around the prison more
"Hey honey" Maggie said
"Hey mom" I said smiling
"You won't need that" Rick said
I looked over to see Carl
"Your kidding" he said
I just went back to talking to Maggie
"Well mom please be careful" I said hugging her
"And you too dad" I said to Glenn
"We will" mom said hugging me back
Time skips
"OPEN THE DOOR" Rick yelled so Carl opened the door
"DADDY" Beth yelled
"What happened" I asked
"He got bit" Glenn said
"Bit?" I asked
We heard yelling 
"Who was that?" I asked
"Prison survivors" Rick answered
Then he left
Carol and Lori are helping with Herschel while me,Carl,Glenn,Maggie and Beth watched
Maggie went to hug Glenn I went to hug them to so it was a family hug after a few minutes we pulled away
"Hey go check on Beth" Glenn said to Maggie  when Maggie left
T-dog said
"Foods here"
"What do we have?" I asked
"Canned beans canned cron canned canned" T-dog said smiling
I went over to Glenn
"I hope he's going to be okay" I said to Glenn
"Me too, me too" he said kissing the top of my head
~Time skips~
Carl came back with a bag
"Where did you go?" I asked
"Look what I found" Carl said
"You went alone?" Lori asked
"Ya it's not big deal"
"You see this,this happened with the whole group!" Lori yelled
Carl walked over off mad
"Carl.."Lori said
"I got it" I told her
I walked to Carl's cell
"Hey Carl can I come in?" I asked
"Yeah
"You know your mom is just worried about you right?" I said sitting on his bed
"Yeah but I just helped her and she's yelling at me" he said looking down
"Sometimes mom do that,my mom did that" I told him
He looked up at me and smiled
"I love you" I said kissing his cheek
"I love you too" he said blushing
