I put on an innocent, scared look on, acting like I released myself from Hawkmoths grasp. I walk over to Chat Noir, crying.
"I'm sorry," I wail.
'For what I'm about to do,' I finish mentally.
I walk in for a hug, and Chat Noirs glare fades away. He accepts the hug, not even wondering if the hug was a trick. Well, it was, Sherlock. As we hug, my hand inches towards Chats hand.
'Finally'
I slip his ring off his finger and push it onto mine.
"I told you I'd win, Kitty." I say as I break the hug. His expression of pure betrayal is just sad. We were never friends in the first place.
I escaped the little arena and took off on a run to the Agreste household.
I made it to Gabriel's little designing room to the left of the entrance, and pushed a few buttons on a painting that looked worn out. A hole appeared in the floor, lowering the platform.
"It's my lucky day," I said as I laughed.
