Hiroshi: Ugh, what time is it?

*brrriiinngg* *brrriiinngg*

I opened my eyes and saw the alarm clock pointing at 8.15.

Hiroshi: Ah crap, I'm late again!!!

Writer: Ah sh*t, here we go again.

Hiroshi: Shut up! You often get up late too!

Writer: Hey, but my classes start much earlier than yours!

Hiroshi: Shut up, I'm already late!

I hurriedly got ready and left the house at 8.25. I sprinted as fast as I could to school, which is probably not good for my stomach that just ate, but whatever. I arrived at school at 8.40 with a stomachache. I walked the rest of the way to class and made it on time. Of course, the first test had to be math.

It's not like I'm bad at math, it's just the one I like the least out of the five. The test lasted for 50 minutes, the bad habit when I have a math test is I tend to run out of time in the end, so let's hope the answers I put in were all correct. The thing I like about the tests in Japan is if the teacher says that the materials from one page until another are exactly the questions the tests would give out, so I have no worries about a question the teacher didn't teach.

Moving on to the next test, it was science. Definitely one of my favorite subjects. I was confident in my biology so I got that in the bag. Now, I hope I can do all the physics and chemistry questions. The papers were given out and also lasted another 50 minutes, but I was confident. Fortunately, the school lets us go home after finishing the tests.

After going home, I forgot something, yesterday was Itsuki's birthday! I freakin' forgot to buy her a gift, well the meeting was unexpected anyway. I was planning to call Itsuki right away, but I didn't do it since she might still be in school. So, I went back home and set an alarm at 3.15 as a reminder to call Itsuki. I ordered some ramen and I studied while waiting for it to be delivered to my house. After a couple of hours of studying and playing games, the ramen came and I ate it happily.

After I finished the ramen, I studied a bit more then the alarm went off. Oh, it's time already, I guess I should call Itsuki now. I pressed the dial button. The phone rang a few times before finally picking up.

Itsuki: *on phone* Hello?

Hiroshi: Oh, hey there. Can I ask you to do something?

Itsuki: Sure...?

Hiroshi: Can you meet me up at the family restaurant that we went to yesterday at 5.30?

Itsuki: Okay, I think I can do that.

Hiroshi: Great! I guess I'll see you then.

After ending the call, I began to get ready. I took a shower and practiced the piano for a bit. When I looked at the time, it was 4.30. I then changed my clothes and went to see where I could buy some gifts. I wasn't looking for anything too fancy, I spotted a souvenir shop. I looked around inside and found a wristband. I bought six of them and I checked the time, it's 5 already. For once, I'm not going to be late.

I headed to the family restaurant, it was 5.15 then. A couple of minutes later, Itsuki showed up.

Itsuki: Sorry to make you wait!

Hiroshi: It's fine, and I was in another place anyway, so I figured it would be better if I showed up earlier.

Itsuki: So, why did you invite me here?
