The Last Lie

Chapter 2 Unwated Buisness

As I opened the door to walk in the house the first thing I heard was "Not all the bullets were there!" I ran to the other side of the house and climbed through my window, and ran down stairs to back my mom up I had to go through my window because Levi doesn't let me in before four.

"What the hell is going on" I said in a terrified voice

"What are you doing home so early, it's three fifteen." Said Levi

"In case you didn't know Levi I live here, are you ok mom?" I said

"Yes, of course everything's fine." My mom said in a scared voice

Levi ran after me, grabbed me and through me outside and said "the streets are where you belong."

I ran directly over to Hideys house in tears I wanted to go back for my mom, I could tell my mom was terrified. Hidey was the only one other than me and my mom about Levi. Her house was outside of town, I was walking for about and hour.

I knocked on the door and she answer "hi is everything ok, this is a surprise." Hidey said

I can trust Hidey with my secret because when Hidey was fifteen her dad kicked her out of the house, now she lives alone. "No not everything's ok, it's Levi again he told me I belonged on the streets and was arguing with my mom."

"Come on in" said Hidey

I told her everything from the bullets to Levi kicking me out, she was so supportive. " I'm so scared Hidey" I said

"Well maybe she wasn't talking about gun bullets" said Hidey "maybe she was talking about drugs and she said pellets, mean yes Levi is not the nicest but he's not a killer."

"Yeah I guess" I said

"Well, you can stay here till everything is sorted maybe you won't be late for school." Hidey said with a chuckle, we both started laughing.

The next day at school my Mom, and Levi came and were looking for me. "Mom, Levi what are you doing here" I said in a frustrated tone

"Hidey called us last night and said that you weren't coming home." Said Levi "so we packed your stuff."

"What!" I said "I was only not coming home for that one night!"

"I'm so sorry dear, I wasn't my decision." Said my mom

"Of course it was your decision Marry, your the one wanting to kick her out of the house." Said Levi

"That's not true Levi." She said, as Levi gave her a horrible look she looked down and nodded her head.

"Levi why do u think you can just take control over my mom!" I said in a fierce tone.

Levi looked at me, and it seemed like he was going to explode in anger and said "What!"

I popped my hip out, crossed my arms and grind my teeth while looking at him "you heard me, stop taking control of my mom!"

All he said was "Marry get in the car, now."

"What, why?" Said my mom, he turned around and nearly snarled at her, she walked backwards in fear and went in the car.

"Now, I don't care what kind of stupid way your mom raised you, but that's not how you act around me. If you give me attitude one more time, I will make your life miserable, I'm a dangerous person so you should stay away don't come home. He said then he walked away.
