"Hey Spence, do we have any plans for today?" You ask Spencer, taking a sip of your coffee.

"No. Why do you wanna do something?" He questions you.

"No, JJ just texted me and she asked if we have plans for today, she wants to spend the day with em," you say. Emily and JJ have been together for three years, JJ ended up coming out to will telling him, she's gay and that she had her eyes on someone, recently they haven't really had time to go on dates cause of Henry and cases, and they really just want a day to themselves.

"Yeah! I love babysitting Henry," he smiles, you think back to a memory that you've been think about a lot recently.

"Ok, she asked if we could come over at 12," you say, Spencer nods, you text JJ back saying that you and Spencer will babysit Henry for a few hours. "Well it's 10 now so what do you wanna do till then," you asked turning off your phone.

"I don't know," Spencer shrugs, "hey, I think I left a book in your purse, I'm going to get it," he said. Your eyes widen.

"Uhhhh, n-no I'll get it for you!" You say grabbing your purse and giving him the book. Spencer furrows his brows, you were acting weird.

Spencer doesn't ask about it, you both end up cuddled on the couch, "hey y/n it's 11:32, we should get going," he says trying to move your grip on him tightens, "I promise that we'll cuddle after," he says kissing your head.

"Ok fine," you give in, he gets up as do you, you grab your phone and keys, you with Spencer walk down the stairs, and go to your car, "I'll drive," you say walking to the drivers side, you get into the car, Spencer gets in the passenger side, and you drive in comfortable silence, when you get there it was 11:46, you both get out of the car, you where about to ring the doorbell when Spencer pulled you into soft kiss, his hands were on your hips, you kiss him back immediately, you put your hands in his hair, the soft kiss spend up, and you were now making out.

You both pulled apart when you heard JJ speak "hey guys- oh,"

"Sorry," you mumble blushing, you hear Spencer mumble an apology, you hear Emily laughing.

"Where you guys killing time cause you came early?" Emily laughs.

"He started it," you say under your breath, Spencer head shot up. Emily gestures for you guys to come inside and you do.

You see Henry come out of his room, and run up to Spencer hugging his leg Henry is only 3, and he looks very tiny compared to Spencer. Spencer picks Henry up, and they talk about a book Spencer read to him, you walk to the kitchen with JJ and Emily, "have you ever thought about it?" Emily asks "having kids I mean," she says.

"I've been thinking about having kids soon," you smile, JJ raises her brows, Emily nods her head, " you guys should get going, don't worry Henry is in good hands," you smile. They say there goodbyes and leave, you, Spencer and Henry go into the living room, Henry gets some of his toys and show it to Spencer and you, you get a text from JJ, saying that his nap time is 2:30.

"Are you and Spencer dating?" Henry asks you while playing with his toys.

"Yes, we are dating," you say smiling at Spencer.
