Abandoned Dorm

"Y/n, come here a moment!" A familiar voice called out and saw my purple haired older brother call out while I was out in the woods. I ran back and jumped up to roof he's sitting on. "You called!" I smiled.

"Yes, There's something I wish to discuss with you. We already discussed you'd be joining the Cram school to become an exorcist when others your age were going to be attending there's also been a development. Your oldest brother will be joining the class." I smiled brightly. "Rin, I can't wait!" I cheered and he nodded. "Yes, now his demonic powers have awoken he'll be staying in the abandoned dorm if you wish to stay there too or keep your room." He said and I paused for a moment.

"I want to stay there too which means I'll need to pack my stuff tonight then!" I exclaimed clapping happily. He smiled and ruffled my hair. "Here's your keys for the dorm and to Cram school starting tomorrow.  Your in room 666 perfect for a demon queen  like you to be in." I smiled as I shook my head slightly leaving to go sort out my stuff.

Once I reached my cosy looking room I started packing my things into boxes big brother had sent to my room to help me move. I packed one with manga and other educational books. Another with clothes, I took my own bedding and shoved into a large box with my posters carefully placed on top. I grabbed my stationary and other school essentials into a rucksack and summoned my familiar to take me to the abandoned boys dorm. We ran outside before I hopped onto his back and we started speeding through the city of true cross.

Now you may ask what my familiar is. He is a black and blue demonic wolf with bright blue eyes and spiked collar. He has a ability to fly using large red to black faded wings that appear when being used along with the ability to adjust his size depending on the situation, most of the time he was just a large wolf that stayed with me yet small enough to fit through doors. His name was Loki, luckily me being part demon allowed me to communicate easily with him.

Everyone has mostly been nice to me since I moved here 10 years ago and I got Loki when I moved since Father couldn't raise a demon after I awoke my demonic powers. In some aspects I saw where he was coming from if I was to accidently lose control and hurt someone but I was still hurt that he never tried to teach or trust me to have control. I haven't spoke or interacted with Rin or Yukio since. I went to the funeral but stayed in the distance sitting on the ministries roof leaving as soon as it ended with conflicted feelings.

Big Brother Mephisto tried many times to get me to see my brothers but father Fujimoto wouldn't let a demon near his oh so precious sons who also had demon blood and one who had the same powers as me but they were locked away. I saw Yukio many times over the last so many years but he always seemed to be accompanied by the old man so I never went to speak to him.

I stood outside the abandoned dorm room deliberating whether or not this was a good idea. I never knew what excuse had been used to why I was no longer staying with them all so I don't know how they might react to seeing me again let alone staying in the same building as them. Rin always had a worse temper out of the two so I know he's the one who's probably going to hate me most after all this time.

I took a deep breath and unlocked the dorm as I took a step inside cringing at the amount of dust lying around making me sneeze as I got off Loki. "Well welcome to our new home" I said only to receive a nudge into the side of my head to boost my confidence. I smiled at him as we started looking for our room. "Would've been nice if your big brother cleaned this place up a bit for us" I nod at Loki's words "Looks like we'll have to do it, I'm skipping orientation tomorrow anyway."

We found our room and the first thing I did was open the blackened windows wide. Out of nowhere brig brother appeared. "Lets make this easier for you. Eins, Zwei, Drei!" Next thing I know the dust is gone and my boxes are in the middle of the room along with a fresh mattress from my room by his office. "Thanks big brother!" I said with a smile as Loki nodded in approval. "If you need anything else you know where to find me, also Ukobach will be preparing all your meals." and with that he disappeared again.

"If I start with the bed it means you can chill there until I sort out your bed." I said and received "That sounds good to me!" I smiled at Loki as I found the right box and put the sheets on my bed and extras into a large cupboard by the bed. I tested the lamp which surprisingly worked before arranging my stationary in the drawer and folders on the desk provided. Switching to my books I stacked them onto the shelves above my bed starting with all my manga making sure that they were all put in order.

With my education books I put them up on the shelves beside the desk. "Its a good job I have a larger room then most in here with an open layout and not one of those double rooms for the people that used to share rooms with others." I said and got a small growl from the wolf. "If we never there's no way we would fit my bean bag bed in here!" I nodded in agreement "Your right." Speaking of his bean bag bed I pulled it to the empty side of the room and placed it against the wall. "I better go make it comfortable again" He said in a huff and I let out a small laugh and continuing to unpack. I grabbed my uniform for school hanging it up neatly and ensuring that all hangers and uniform were facing the same way.

I started to unpack the casual clothes into the last set of drawers separating the tops and bottoms into different drawers.

Knock Knock!

I glared at the door and looked at Loki who stopped moving and started growling at the door slightly. "Who is it?" I asked silently grabbing my demonic sword in case I had to cut somebodies head off. "Y/n, It's me Yukio! I was told by the director that you were staying here!" I dropped the sword and swung the door open pulling my brother into a tight hug with tears filling my eyes.

"I missed you so much!" I cried and I felt him pat my back gently. "I missed you too sis. I came to tell you some great news, ill be living in the dorm with you and Rin!"
