Nico di Angelo meets the Avengers

Chapter 1

Steve's POV:

I was minding my own business training in the gym when Fury had called a meeting regarding the new monsters we have been facing, which I was really confused by why only Thor and Tony could do any damage to them. I walked in the room and saw everyone except Tony was there, which I didn't find at all surprising. He never wants to come to these meetings. "Where is Tony?" Fury asked angrily. "I don't know. Probably off with Pepper or tinkering with his new suits he created" Bruce said, not looking up from his book. "I need Stark to get over here!" Fury yelled. "JARVIS, would you please alert Tony of the meeting and send him up?" Natasha asked. "Of course Ms. Romanoff" JARVIS responded. Ten minutes later, Tony finally came upstairs to the room. "Why did you call me up here?" Tony asked annoyed. "We need to find something to defeat the monsters, so I need you need to find one of the people who are fighting those monsters and bring them in for questioning" Fury said. We all nodded and headed to Central Park to wait for an attack.

Tony's POV:

What felt like 5 hours later a monster attacked, or should I say, multiple monsters. They looked like cyclopses and they were attacking a pale kid in all black and an aviator jacket. I thought they were going to pulverize the kid on the spot given the size difference. When he saw the monsters, he turned around to face them and pulled out a pitch black sword that seemed to suck in all of the light around him. I realized that it was the weapon had something different about it that could effect the monsters. Maybe when one of us knocks him out I can study his sword with Bruce.  He killed the monsters with ease and seemed to not break a sweat, and sat down. I must say, I was kind of impressed. Then when I opened my mouth to speak, but the kids phone rang. "Listen in everyone" Nat ordered, so we did. "Hey Will....haha.... No mi amore you know I haven't.... Percy again? What did he do?.....Ok. Talk later. Then the boy hung up, and put away his sword and phone. He seemed relaxed and like he didn't get very many moments of peace and silence. "I'm going in" Nat said. She was walking towards the boy silently, when he did something unexpected. "Why are you coming toward me?" He asked, still turned around. All of us were stunned, no one could sense Nat sneaking up on you. "How did you know I was here?" She asked. "I have my ways" He responded, turning around. "I need you to come with me" Nat said threateningly. "How about no" He said confidently. "Then you will come by force" She replied. "Hmmm no thanks" He said as she took out her gun. As soon as she shot, he pulled out a sword and deflected every bullet, and to say I was shocked would be an understatement.

Nico's POV:

As soon as I finished my call with Will, I felt multiple people lurking around and decided to play dumb until one confronted me. When a redhead came up behind me thinking she was stealthy or something until our confrontation turned into a small battle. She seemed shocked when I dodged her bullets like it had never happened before. "What? Redhead never got beaten before?" I taunted with a smirk. She growled and threw a couple punches that I blocked or dodged. It went on like this for a couple more minutes, when I was getting bored and decided to knock her out. With a single punch to the head she collapsed. I had smirked in triumph when I started to get light headed and saw a type of gas around me, just then, the world went black.
