                    How it all started

Abuse and cursing

A-Yeong's pov:

She's 7 years old

I wake up to the sound of my parents yelling at each other again. I roll over out of bed onto the floor and get dressed.

My younger brother is with my grandparents because all of the fighting was to much for him.

I seek down stairs and into the kitchen. My parents were fighting in the living room.

I slowly opened the fridge to get some juice to walk to school. I close the fridge to hear my mom yelp.

I look over to see her on the floor crying. I tried to hide behind the counter so my dad wouldn't see me.

I slowly tired walking to the door. When I heard foot steps coming towards me. So I ran to the front door.

I got it open right before he could grab me by my hair and started to run to school.

"Get back here you little shit!" My dad yells "you will eventually need to come back and when you do I will beat you!" My dad yells before slamming the door shut.

I kept running when I bump into someone and drop my juice breaking a whole in it.

I look to see who I ran in to and it was a girl with brown hair.

"I- I am sorry" I say to her. She just looks at me. Then shyly says "aren't you in my class"

"Hey, now that I think about it ya I am in your class. Well your in my class, but anyway. I am A-Yeong" I say to her putting my hand out.

"I- I am SooAh" she says shyly again.

"Want to walk to school together?" I ask her. She nodded.

We walked to school and talked a lot. Well mainly I did. She talked sometimes, but I talked most of the time.

Once we got to school we hung out all of school. I also found out she has two older brothers. One of them is in the other class.

At the last class of the day we were sitting at our table waiting for the bell to ring.

She was writing in a book. "What are you writing?" I ask her.

"Oh uhh...just songs" she says whispering the last part.

"Huh? What did you say?" I ask her.

"Just songs" she says a bit louder.

"Songs at 7" I say surprised as I read her songs.

"Ya, it kinda been my dream to be a singer or musician. I can play the drums and I am learning the guitar and my mom says that I can sing really good" SooAh says.

"Wow all of this only at 7! Ohhh, what if me and you started a band or group?" I say. She just looks at me.

"Ya I guess we could do you know how to play any instruments or sing?" She asks me.

"Mmm....no I can't play anything but I guess I can kinda sing" I say.

The bell rings and we both start walking home together continuing our conversation.

"Ok, so if we wanted to start a band we would need at least two more people" she says.

"Ok so we can find two girls, I don't really work well with boys" I say.

"Ya me either, ok so it's settled. We can ask some kids tomorrow if they want audition" SooAh says as she walks to her front door.

"Ok, see you tomorrow" I say waving at her. She waves back and closes her door.
