Nine

Jaemin quietly made his way down the busy hallways stuck in his thoughts; he was thinking about what had occurred yesterday with Renjun's mother, he didn't know how she got the conclusion that Jeno and himself would hurt Renjun which they would never dare to do. He sighed and continued his way down the hallway ignoring all of the stares he was receiving from girls and some boys, he completely forgot about the popularity he had gained since he's been distracted for the past week and a half.

Suddenly a girl came in front of Jaemin making him stop in his tracks and stare at her confused, she smirked and looked him over from head to toe.

"May I help you?" He asked politely.

"Yes actually," She replied then continued. "Can you stay away from Renjun and like hang out with me? Like it's obvious he's just a weirdo and doesn't need friends, he has that dumbass Dongfuck by his side so leave him and come to me."

Jaemin stared at her blankly then responded, "Have a nice day." He went around her and continued to walk down the hallway leaving her surprised, he made it over to the lockers seeing Jeno and Mark.

"Hey guys." He greeted them, they both looked at him after hearing his voice.

"Hey Jaemin." Mark greeted him back.

"Hey Nana." Jeno greeted him. He huffed in annoyance making both Jeno and Mark confused.

"Nana what's wrong?" Jeno asked.

"Some girl came up to me while I was walking earlier and said "Can you stay away from Renjun and hang out with me" then she went on saying rude things about him and then brung Donghyuck up in the sentence saying something rude about him as well." He explained the whole situation.

"What the hell." Mark said.

Jeno scoffed, "If she really thinks you're about to stop hanging out with Renjun, she's got another thing coming." He said pissed off about what the girl said.

"Yea she really does," Jaemin agreed with him. "And she's rude for saying that about Donghyuck."

"Yea she's lucky he wasn't there to hear anything." Mark said.

"Who wasn't there?" A voice suddenly asked from behind them, they all turned around and saw Donghyuck.

"Some girl came up to Jaemin this morning and said rude shit about both you and Renjun." Jeno told him.

Donghyuck became pissed off, "Where is she." He grimaced wanting to go knock some sense into her.

"Down the hallway." Jaemin said and pointed in the direction he last seen the girl.

Donghyuck turned around about to walk back down the hallway to go have a "word" with her but as soon as he took two steps forward Mark grabbed his wrist and pulled him back towards himself. Donghyuck looked at Mark confused.

"Hey! I was just about to go TALK to her." He said emphasizing on the 'talk' part.

"As much as I'd love for her to get put in her place you can't go around starting things Sunshine so calm down." Mark said, Donghyuck blushed after hearing the same nickname Mark has been using for him.

He took his wrist away from Mark's grip and crossed his arms against his chest, "Whatever.." He mumbled clearly flustered by the nickname.

"Why is hyung blushing?" They all turned around seeing Jisung and Chenle.

Donghyuck wasted no time and started pinching Chenle's cheeks. "Hey Chenle." He greeted the younger.

"Hwey hwung," Chenle tried to greet back while the older continued to pinch his cheeks, "Oww hwung that hwurts." Donghyuck let him go then looked over at Jisung who slowly backed away.
