HELP!

chapter 1

Place the USA:

" Please just go"
A man pleading with his pregnant wife.
"I will not leave without you"
Her pregnant wife said while crying and holding 2 kids whose age is nearly 3 years.
"I will come back soon, just go and save this kid"
That man said and left that 2 boys with that pregnant lady and drove away with the car.
"Come back"
She whispered but it was too late. That car has collided with an electric pole and it started to burn. The body of that man has covered with blood. The skin has soon started to turn into ashes.
"Come back"

Panting hard she woke up. Again she had the same nightmare. Chill cool breeze passes from her open window went through her sweat skin making her freeze. Her cat-like eyes have become teary due to this nightmare.
This nightmare began with her frantically fear of her life. Sitting near the window enjoying the night and feeling the cool wind she picked up her phone and started to dial a number. A certain one whom she believes like her life is depending on that person, her whole life.
After 5 rings someone has picked
"Yes, Aurora. Again nightmare?"
The person on the other line asked.
"Yes". Aurora told her.
"Just take the shower with cold water, take the pills then go and sleep peacefully. Next week Christmas is there and tomorrow we are going shopping. Ok?".
She said giving guidance calmly.
"Ok. Lisa. Thank you so much for being with me. You are the best friend and best person ever come into my life"
Aurora said smiling a little and thanking her only best friend.
" yeah.....I know I am the best....ok now go and sleep I am also going for sleep.....by good night and love you"
She said lazily yawning
"Ok good night. Love you too"
Aurora said and after hanged up the call Again she started to thinking. No matter how much she wanted to run far from this horrible dream, again and again, it catches her like a hunter catching his prey.
Who are they? Who is that pregnant lady? Why are they coming in my dream?
She thinks again and again. Why this type of horrible dream is coming? Is there any connection between this? Is this dream is trying to say something?
Lots of questions are there but the only answer is time. When the time will come answers will also come.
With the puzzle of her thought, she took shower, swallow her pills, and soon drifted to dreamland.

Seeing after a dark and horrible nightmare a girl is sleeping peacefully. Not every night is peaceful for everyone. Millions of miles far away from the USA somewhere in London. Doctors and nurses are running here and there in the hospital. The only voice is reflecting throughout the entire hospital is the footsteps of doctors and nurses who run here and there.
A stretcher is coming from the front door with a lifeless body and a person who came with that body is screaming for help and called the doctor.  A doctor rushed towards the patient and saw he is laying as cold as death itself struggling for help; his face was covered with blood and his hand was stuck behind his back. He was laying in a very awkward position. The doctor tried to help and kept trying until he realized his help was not sufficient he needed more hands. So he called ward boys and nurses for help and took him to the operation theatre for treatment.
