Confession

Today was going to be an important day for everyone and not just Pete. Pete had finally decided to speak to Ohm and cancel the wedding. He was sure that he didn't have feelings for him.

Pete woke up early and hurried through his morning routine. When he arrived at the dining table, everyone was already present. As soon as he entered the dining room, 4 pair of eyes were looking at him – Patchara, Putch, Sun and Deli. They could see the relieved face of this young boy and they all felt relaxed especially Putch who was all worried about his son. Pete smiled at them and occupied his seat.

Apart from the relieved face, there was a firm determination on the face of Pete. It was clearly visible that he was going to talk to Ohm and set things right. Even though Sun was sure that Pete will be brave enough to handle the whole situation, he was still worried for his younger brother.

Ae's POV

Pete messaged me last night about phi taking him out today. And dad wanted me to join him for a meeting but I denied saying that I had planned of playing soccer with friends. Of course, I can't tell him the truth.

I woke up early and got fresh. I entered the dining hall with a bag hanging over my shoulder which was usually the one I carried while going to play. It was necessary since everything should look like I was actually going out to play.

Phi eyed me suspiciously and I brushed him off as if least bothered to pay any attention to him. I had my breakfast in haste and then hurried out of the house. I threw my bag at the backseat and then got into the driver seat and drove out. I had planned of going to the said location and find a hiding spot.

I didn't park in the premises of the mall since phi would identify my car. I parked it a little distance away and then got out of the car. I then started walking towards the LS mall where phi would be taking Pete.

I then searched for a spot from where I could get a clear view of the entrance so that I would know when Pete arrives. I knew very well that Pete will message me as soon as they arrive at the mall. Only thing I had to do now was – WAIT!

Pete's POV

I finished my breakfast and waited for Ohm to arrive. I was informed that he had arrived and I checked my watch to see the time, he was 15 minutes late.

I walked out of the house biding my mother bye and made my way towards the car. Ohm was there inside the car with the engine still on. I got into the passenger seat and before he could nag me over anything, I just said, "You are 15 minutes late." I know that my tone was accusing but that's how he always speaks to me.

His eyes widened in surprise with the tone I had used. But I didn't want to be good to him if he was going to continue with his same arrogant behavior. He apologized to me and we drove out of our premises.

Somewhere deep inside, my heart was satisfied since I was able to speak to him in the same way that he does to me. Ae should have been present here to see Ohm's expression, he would have enjoyed himself. After all that Ohm had done to me, I couldn't stand him anymore.

It was fine if he had been arrogant to me all time but recalling the beach trip, I just wanted to tell him that others have heart too. And what I spoke today was for my niece. At whom he had snapped. You can say that this was the most silly way for revenge. But for someone like me who had never ever spoken rudely to anyone, this was a big step.

Luckily, Ohm didn't utter a word after that and drove silently. We reached the mall and I soon fished out my cell phone to message Ae. I informed him that we had reached the place.

I tried to search if he was present nearby but there was no trace of him. But my heart knew that he was here. He must be hiding somewhere and watching us.
