Ethan's POV.
"Dude I fucking swear she got me by my hair and I was this close to kiss her, shit," I explained to the guys. It was lunchtime and we were gathered around our usual spot in the middle of the lunch yard. We were all sitting and I was explaining what happened between Scarlett and I.
"Damn bro, you're already whipped and you haven't even touched her," Jordan laughed.
"Hey fuck you," I chuckled. The truth was I didn't really know what to feel. She was a bitch. She was stuck up and has her nose up her ass. She thought she was so hot and shit when truly she's just annoying as hell.
"Nah, but you got it bad bro," Jack said as he turned to the doors of the lunch area. I turned my head and saw her walk out with her friend and a blue tray. She sat down at the table farthest from us. Obviously. She was talking to her friends, not noticing me. Her best friend noticed my gaze and nudged her. She turned to look at me and I sent her a wink. She rolled her eyes, causing a chuckle from me. Damn baby. Just wait.
Scarlett's POV:
"Scar I swear he has not stopped looking at you since we sat down," Arden said as she took a bite of her sandwich.
"Huh," I said as i took a sip from my drink. I turned around and there he was. He sent me a wink to which I rolled my eyes and turned around.
"He's such an asshole," I replied dusting my hands on my jeans. I could feel Arden's gaze begging me to tell her what had happened by my locker. I couldn't tell her. She would think I had a thing for him and that's the last thing I wanted anyone to think of me.
"So Mae how was chorus?" I asked taking a fry and putting it in my mouth. I turned to look at Mae and she was too busy gawking at Jordan to notice me. I simply chuckled and stood up.
"I'm gonna get some napkins. I won't take long," I said taking a sip of my drink. I walked over to the counter and counted 8 napkins into my hand. As I turned around, I felt his chest against mine. I looked up and his brown eyes looked back at me. His lip tugged in his teeth and his hands in his pockets.
"The hell do you want now?" I scoffed as I made me way around him. Does he not get that our last encounters have been unpleasant for a reason damn it.
"Just enjoying the view," he whispered as he leaned closer to me.
"You really left me hanging earlier. I wanted to see how far you'd let me take you," he said grabbing onto my waist.
"Depends," I said grabbing onto his jacket. "How far would you want to go?" I whispered against his lips as I softly pressed my lips to the corner of his mouth.
"But unfortunately babe, it won't be anytime soon," I taunted whilst I let my hand run down his abdomen to his abs. He let out a sigh and slightly smiled. Step two done: find his weakness. I walked away slowly, making sure to look over my shoulder once and watch his reaction as I walked away. Better luck next time pretty boy. You're gonna need it.
