7. Wulbrekh and Olnu

Wulbrekh sighed as he tended to the garden. "What's wrong? You seem more stressed than usual" Olnu asked, walking over to the moody Symeong. "What's wrong? Nothing is more wrong than it was when I got here, Olnu, I'm lonely." Wulbrekh snapped back, not bothering to face him. "Oh...yeah, I get that. It's unfortunate considering the time because neither of us is safe to leave now. I'm sure you'll find a true friend on this planet, Wulbrekh, you're quite pleasant...or at least, you are once one gets to know you, you are kinda hard to approach though...on second thought, maybe the odds aren't as optimistic as I thought" Olnu said in that relaxed, rambling way he talked. "Thanks, that was super comforting Olnu," Wulbrekh said, the sarcasm in his voice is that of the likes of Obi-Wan. Olnu sighed. "Neither of us are great with people, and that's obvious. However, that doesn't mean we're hopeless," the white-haired creature continued. "The other thing is I'm losing sleep rapidly, Olnu, and do you know why?" Wulbrekh said with a particular fire in his voice. Olnu shrugged. The Symeong dropped his tools, turning around to face Olnu. He put his leathery hands on Olnu's shoulders and said "Because Sydney and Becca keep fucking. You can sleep through that, but my room is right next to theirs, and I can't work on the forge during the night because that's right under Ahsoka's room, and that's a problem. " Olnu laughed. "This is serious, Olnu. I'm aging, and I haven't found one of those fountains of youth that you and Galadriel drank from. My health is ailing and I need sleep. You potentially coaxing another sex-fest into action between Ahsoka and the new boy is not what I need. When I find that fountain is when you can start doing that." Wulbrekh insisted, a deadpan fear in his voice. Olnu sighed and his usual cheery grin faded. "Wulbrekh, my dear friend," he replied with a voice that lacked all of the carefree entertainment he had before, "You need not worry about your mortality. I'll get you to that fountain, one day, but until further notice from those on both Covani 12 and Ahch-To, it isn't safe to make the journey to either". Wulbrekh nodded. "I know this.," he said. "Good," Olnu replied, "then you'll have no problem maintaining patience, I'm sure Sydney and Soka can give you some lessons in that," he said with a chuckle before jumping into the trees, swinging off to the other side of the garden.
