Darkness.
That's all I saw.
And then suddenly, a bright, almost white, light blinded me.
My original impulse was to go towards it. I knew that's when I would be dead and you know, I wanted to die.
But then something happened.
The light started fading away and I was moving away from it.
"No," I screamed and then...
"Gahhh," I gasped for air and my eyes shot open, the heart monitor next to me going crazy.
The doctor ran in frantically, looking at me astonished, but I had no idea why.
And that's when things got stranger.
