This male is Shirakumo Aikawa, a student at a school that I'm too tired to tell you the name.

While playing with his cards, he sees a kid about to get run over by a truck, this was noticed by three other individuals and later the whole people on the street sees it and shout at the driver to stop the vehicle.
Shirakumo seeing this, just sighed, "What a drag.."
He then throws two of the cards he's playing with in front of the truck, when the cards hit the ground, small blades suddenly appeared and stabbed the two front wheels of the truck, and kept the truck there.

People seeing this was questioning who did it, along with the three individuals who also had uniforms, though a bit different from what Shirakumo is wearing meaning they got to a different school.
