Both guys noticed me stop from my tracks and looked at me with a confused expression.

They both looked at each other and looked back at me and gave me a thumbs up with a smile plastered on their faces.

I bowed my head apologetically and was about to turn and leave when Mikey called out to me once more.

I looked back and hummed in response.

"Can I get your number in exchange for the dorayaki you ate??"

I had some time to think it through. Processing whether it would be a good idea to give it to him, considering he's my prey.

I handed him my phone wherein he joyfully accepted and punched in my number in his phone.

I had no idea about what that meant but I had no time to ask since he skipped happily away.
