Kayla soon wakes up and Dr. Rhodes goes to check on her. "Mia, can you call Tyler Banks. Tell him Kayla's waken up." Dr. Rhodes walks into Kayla's room "Hi Kayla, I'm Doctor Rhodes. I have been taking care of you. Do you know where you are?" "Hospital?" Kayla says wearily. "Good. Do you know what happened?" "I blacked out." Kayla replies. "Ok. Do you know how it happened?" "I had this burning feeling in my chest while I was on my bike ride. When, I got back to my apartment, I blacked out. How did I get here?" "Your friend Tyler found you and called 911." "Why did Tyler see me pass out in my apartment?" "He was dropping off your mail." "I forgot to get my mail again?" "Apparently so." "God bless Tyler. He always gets it for me. He is so kind." Tyler walks into the room. "Hi Tyler. Thank you for getting my mail." "I was so startled when I saw you, I threw it. It is probably all over the floor." "It's still the thought that count." Dr. Rhodes asks, "How long have you to known each other?" "Since we were 7." Tyler replied. "At the prodigy school a few blocks from here." "Ugh. What is that smell?" Asks Kayla.
Then, they hear an explosion and gun shots. Then, a robot walks through the door. "Where is she? Where is Kayla Maximoff?" "Is that me?" Kayla asks. "No, your Kayla Manchester." Suddenly, everything hit her. Her parents deaths, Wanda and Pietro's lives, the experiments, everything. She got up and walked out of the room. "You looking for me?" Kayla shouts. "Ah, yes." "Too bad, so sad." Then, she blasts the robot with her powers. Kayla stands there shocked, as police run in. "Hands up. Put your hands up." "I'll put them up alright." She then blasts everyone with her powers and flies out of the hospital to a place where no one will ever find her.
