"Where is Deok-sun? Should we just start the video without her?" Dong-ryong mumbled while eating his chips.

They were gathered at Taek's room to watch a movie. They were also planning to tell each other what their next steps are after senior year. Except for Taek who's obviously staying as a baduk player, the others were now graduating from high school.

"Should I go get her?" Sun-woo offered.

"Don't!" Jung Hwan protested.

"Why is that?" Sun-woo and the guys are now looking at him suspiciously.

"Did you guys fight again?" Dong-ryong asked.

Jung Hwan just nodded and figured it was a good excuse to explain why Deok-sun wasn't there. Of course, she was still upset with him after what happened on the bus.

"Aigoo... You still act like kids!" Sun-woo smacked him in the head.

"Taek-ah, you should go get Deok-sun." Dong-ryong took a meaningful glance at Taek and he effortlessly obeyed.

Jung Hwan almost wanted to stop his friend from going to Deok-sun but he just couldn't. He wasn't planning on telling the guys how he feels, especially now that things had gotten more complicated.

Deok-sun was kicking invisible rocks at their front gate. She was hesitant to go to Taek's room because she knew she's going to see Jung Hwan. As she was making her way back to her house, she heard Taek call out to her.

"Oh Taekii, why are you here?" She asked.

"I was going to come and get you. The guys are waiting." Taek answered but was obviously confused.

"You were going back to your house, are you not hanging out with us?" He questioned.

"I'm not feeling so well. I need to rest." She lied.

"Is that so? Alright then, you should definitely rest." Taek sweetly said then ruffled her hair lightly.

"But before you go, I have something to tell you." Taek looked like he had committed a crime or something. He seemed nervous and this behavior alarmed Deok-sun.

"What is it?" Deok-sun examined Taek's face and couldn't quite put a finger as to what he was about to say. It took a while before Taek could finally speak.

"I like you, Deok sun-ah..." Taek broke his silence.

Deok-sun gasped in silence as he looked at Taek who was looking down on his feet.

"Are you being serious right now? I don't have time for games." Deok-sun stumbled.

"I'm not joking. I am serious. I like you." Taek spoke continuously, still looking down.

Deok-sun touched her chest as it was beating restlessly. She was completely blown away by this revelation. One second she's heartbroken with her situation with Jung Hwan and now her other best friend has feelings for her too. Things have definitely gotten more complicated.

"But-" She couldn't speak well.

"Deok sun-ah, I know you don't feel the same way. So don't stress yourself over this. I'm only being honest and I want to at least be fair to myself. I just had to let it out so I won't have any regrets." Taek was now looking at her, smiling.

"Taek-ah... I'm sorry." She softly answered.

She was heartbroken once again for Taek. They feel the same way, in love with a friend who doesn't reciprocate the same feelings.

"No, don't be sorry, please." Taek grabbed her hands reassuringly.

Deok-sun didn't utter any words but she hugged Taek to reassure him that their friendship will still be there no matter what happens.
