"Got it, let's go!" Kira sends the tracking signal to her phone and her and Leon run to her car.

They jump in, start the engine and Kira slams her foot on the pedal, speeding in reverse out of the warehouse. The sudden commotion wakes Kit up with a fright who was curled up asleep on the back seat of the car. "Woah! What did I miss!?"

Kira quickly spins the steering wheel and yanks on the handbrake, whipping the car around, then slams the accelerator taking off at tremendous speed.

"I wondered where you were" says Leon to Kit.

"To be honest, I forgot you were here" says Kira as she places her phone with the tracking signal bleeping, into a cradle on her dashboard.

Kit huffs as he struggles to keep his balance on the back seat. The tires shriek as Kira throws the car around a corner, weaving around the other cars and traffic bots on the road. She narrowly misses an oncoming van then yanks the handbrake again, drifting the car around a wide corner. The way the car continues forward whilst being sideways amazes Leon.

"Where did you learn how to drive like this!?" he asks as he grabs hold of the door handle to stop being thrown around.

"Story for another time!" Kira glances at the tracking signal then drifts around another corner and takes off reaching eighty mph.

"We're getting close, the signal is just up ahead! Hold on Taylor were almost there!" Leon shouts down the phone.

"Aren't you glad the base isn't at the cabin now!?" mocks Kira as she pushes the car to nearly a hundred mph.

"LEON!" Taylor cries down the phone.

"Taylor!?" mutters Leon turning pale with worry.

Kira whips the car around another corner, bringing Taylor and her pursuer into view on the road. Leon instinctively summons his gun and leans out the window. He aims for the monster and fires off a bolt of blue light. The bolt strikes the monster with such force, it sends it flying away from Taylor. It recovers quickly and turns its attention to the car.

Kira slams on the foot brake and pulls up the handbrake, causing the tires to squeal and smoke. She swings open her door, and before the car has even stopped, swiftly lunges out. She pushes off her foot, bringing her red dagger across her chest, and slams her other hand on the stone of the medal. In a fraction of a second she is bathed in a glow of bright light. Small particles of light gather together and form solid, red and white pieces of metal that snap onto Kira's body. The segments merge and fuse seamlessly to form an armour around her. Each piece working in perfect harmony together, gliding along the contours of her figure and adjusting themselves with her movements. As her helmet connects together, a flame made of light etches a black visor into the faceplate. A long, white sash forms from a large collection of light particles and wraps around her waist gliding with the wind. She lands on her other foot as her boot forms. Flaps on the calf of the boot open and release a burst of air along with the force of her continued jump forward, that propels her at incredible speed. Taylor turns to see a streak of red and white light dash past her aiming straight for the monster. The pressure of air that follows it, blows her hair out of its ponytail forcing her to shield her eyes. The monster yelps and howls as Kira slashes across its ribs releasing a spray of yellow blood. Kira skids to a halt, with sparks flying behind her from the contact of her armour and the road. Before the monster has a chance to compose itself, Kira pivots on her front foot and extends her other leg. The flaps on the back of her boot open releasing another boost of air, giving her kick a vast increase in momentum. Her kick connects with the monsters neck with a resounding boom accompanied by the crunch of its snapping collarbone. The monster is hurled across the street, tumbling and bouncing off the road and smashes into the wall of a building, sending a cloud of dust into the air. Kira stands still and summons her other dagger taking a deep breath, watching the dust cloud settle to judge her next move.
