<One week later>
In a dark room, three men sit at a round table large enough for seven people. The first man was 36 years of age, had glasses and wore a white collared shirt, a navy blue suit over it, navy blue pants, and a burgundy tie. At a 60 degree angle on the other side of the table, there sat another man about 40 years old wearing blue jeans cut to just above his knees, a white buttoned up shirt with the sleeves rolled up, a navy blue ascot tied around his right arm, and string around his neck connected to his conical hat resting on his back. Last, there was a 25 year-old man also seated at a 60 degree angle on the other side of the table from the other two. The younger man was wearing the best white-striped brown collared shirt he could find, a pair of blue jeans with holes in them, and a red cap on his head.
After looking at his wrist for a quick second, the man with the glasses said, "I believe it's about time we got to business, gentleman." "Hold on. Shouldn't we wait for everyone else to arrive, Mr. Nicolas?" the young man asked. "Do not hold your breath, Pedro. If they were to show, they would have a while ago. And you, Nicolas, what is the meaning of this? Why did you call us here?" the eldest man asked. After fixing his glasses, Nicolas replied, "Xiao, Pedro, I'm sure you both have other duties to attend to especially with governing your own respective countries, but this is a matter of utmost importance. It needs to be discussed as soon as possible, and I hoped that the other rulers would adhere to my calling, but I'm afraid it can't be helped." "Get to point already. Why did you call us?" Xiao asked losing his patience. Clearing his throat, Nicolas said, "Right then. It all began around a month ago when I sent my highest ranking officer to go undercover at a gang's hideout posing as one of the boss' bodyguards in Henka's territory. I got word that there was a weapon that my department created for the weaponry district. I heard that it was somewhere in a watchtower collecting dust, so I sent him there to retrieve the prototype so it and it's blueprints can be sent to the weaponry district and be massed produced. Everything was going well until the gang's base went under siege by a single man. My officer did battle with the man very briefly but was ultimately defeated." "It appears your man was not as strong as you thought." Xiao taunted Nicolas. "I suppose not. Especially after hearing this," Nicolas said pulling a crystal ball out of his personal suitcase. After placing the crystal ball in the middle of the table, the item replayed the officer's report to Nicolas. "Mr. President, something's horribly wrong. I-I-I don't know what's come over me. I j-j-just fought someone a few minutes ago, and for a moment, I saw something in his eyes!! His eyes... his eyes... his eyes, his eyes, HIS EEEEYYYEEEES!!!! I-It wasn't HUUUMMAAAANNN!!!" After the man's breakdown, there was an unsettling pause from the crystal ball. "Uhm Senor Nic-" Pedro began, but stopped when Nicolas put his finger over his own lips signaling him to be quiet. The crystal ball continued, "I can't take this anymore. We're all doomed. The monster will kill us all." After the man finished his sentence, a gunshot was heard.
Stunned, the three men remained quiet. After a quick moment of silence, Nicolas continued, "This was quite a shock to me. That man has been a part of the military since he was eighteen years-old. After nearly thirty years of service, I wouldn't have expected the man to take his own life." Suddenly, Xiao stood up and slammed his hands on the table and exclaimed, "Forget about him! Did he just say what I thought he said?" Nicolas remained silent. Angry, Xiao repeated, "Did he just say the monster?!?!" "Yes, he did," Nicolas replied. "By monster, could you two be referring to the Minotaur?" Pedro asked them. "The same creature that legend said was large enough to be seen around the world? And that was strong enough to oppose the gods and goddesses power? And the same creature that was sealed inside the dreaded Bates Zeroichi? That monster?" Pedro asked them shaking. "Yes, the very same," Nicolas answered. "Don't play games with me!" Xiao exclaimed slamming his fists on the table. "Twenty years ago, I personally lead a platoon of soldiers to kill Zero Zeroichi, the son of Bates Zeroichi. Unfortunately, someone else beat us to him and that witch wife of his. I personally burned both of their lifeless corpses. With all that said, JUST HOW IN THE HELL IS THE MONSTER STILL LIVING?!?!" Xiao exclaimed trembling. Composed, Nicolas asked them, "Tell me gentlemen, before he escaped our grasp, when was Zero's scheduled execution date?" "DO NOT CHANGE THE SUBJECT NICOLAAAAAS!!! What does that have to do with anything?" Xiao asked still angry. "His scheduled execution was supposed to be held on September 18th 100622, right?" Pedro answered Nicolas. "That's correct, and Xiao, when did you burn his body?" "I finished that bastard off in...100623..." "Well that settles it. In the time that he "disappeared", Zero Zeroichi and his spouse must have had a child. And that child must have grown into the man my subordinate fought."
