Promise (Todoroki x OC)

Chapter 75

Todoroki waited outside for Nakashima. It was ten minutes before the agreed time, so he was early. He turned his head, seeing Nakashima running towards him. She stopped, five centimetres away from Todoroki.

"Hey, Sho, You're here early." Nakashima spoke.

"I know and I'm glad. Then, we can start off ten minutes early." Todoroki replied.

"So, where do we go first?"

"The arcades wouldn't be open in ten minutes, so I'm thinking a small cafe near here."

"Sure, let's go."

Todoroki took Nakashima's hand and lead her to a cafe. It was close to UA, but it was also in the city. They walked inside the building, seeing it wasn't very busy. A few people, but they were mostly women in their late fifties having a gossip. Todoroki and Nakashima walked up to the counter, meeting a young woman.

"Hello, what can I get you two for today?" The lady asked.

"Hi, could I please have a latte with milk and one sugar please." Todoroki replied.

"Please may I have a dark coffee please. No sugars." Nakashima spoke.

"Alright. Is that it for now?" The lady asked.

"That's alright for now." Todoroki replied.

"Okay, I'll get someone to bring the drinks over. For now, please sit down anywhere you like."

Todoroki and Nakashima decided to take a booth at the corner. Nakashima took the wall seat, whilst Todoroki sat opposite. Nakashima caught an eye on someone. Three people sat on the other side.

All three if them had trench coats on, black fedoras, fake moustaches and the blonde one had a newspaper. All three of them lowered their sunglasses. Nakashima went pale. It was Aizawa, Yamada and Shinso.

"Rin, is everything okay?" Todoroki asked.

"No, everything's fine. I thought I saw something, that's all." Nakashima replied sheepishly.

"Alright. But, you would tell me if something was up, right?"

Nakashima moved her hand forward, Todoroki leaning his head towards her. Nakashima moved to Todoroki, using her hand to cover her mouth from the side.

"My dads and brother are here. So, don't be a pervert and be on your best behaviour." Nakashima whispered.

"Hey, I'm not a pervert. Anyway, I'm not planning on banging you today." Todoroki replied very quietly.

"Thank God-"

"I'll do it when my dad is on a business trip to America next week."

"What?!"

Nakashima sat back in her seat. A man came over and brought their drinks over. The two thanked the man, before returning to their conversation.

"You heard me." Todoroki spoke.

"What, why?! Y'know what? I don't want to know. You two probably got into an argument again." Nakashima replied.

"Exactly."

"What did you two argue about? Your own path of being a hero or something? Or was it because he doesn't approve of me and would rather you fuck a literal dog."

Nakashima took a sip of her coffee, whilst Todoroki explained the situation.

"No, he just yelled at me because I said you're my ice queen and all were missing is an ice prince or princess."

Nakashima spat her coffee out violently. She turned to the side and started coughing.

"Are you alright? Was it something I said?" Todoroki asked.
