"Oi stupid Kambe, give me that beer-" Kambe tried keeping the bottle of beer to himself to avoid Haru from taking it, but failed instantly as Haru moved closer and snatched it away. He sighed heavily while watching Haru chugged down the beer in one go. The ice in Daisuke's glass clinked as he rolled it absently between his hands. He really is drunk huh... He quietly observed Haru's flushed face and half opened eyes. Daisuke's thoughts were interrupted when he heard a loud thunder outside, then followed by a light rain. "It's late, we should leave now before the rain gets too heavy." Daisuke suggested while looking at his watch " Sure-" "Huh? It's only 12, why are we leaving this soon?" Haru barged in before Kamei was able to finish "Oii Kambe-" Haru shouted while Daisuke ignored him and proceeded to pay at the counter. Suddenly, Daisuke felt a pair of warm hands tugged on his waist and the familiar scent of vanilla caramel rushed into his nose, a weight sinked onto his left shoulder as he heard Haru's words next to his ears "Kambe." Daisuke froze as he heard Haru's hushed tone and felt his ears grow slightly warm. The luscious aroma vanished when Kamei pulled Haru away suddenly, " Ah sorry Kambe, Haru really forgets about privacy when his drunk." "...It's fine" Kambe replied trying to hide the small disappointment of Haru's absence.
Daisuke carried Haru to the car after agreeing to bring him home. "Kambe.." Haru called out with a low voice. "Mhm?" " I feel a bit hot.." Daisuke stopped walking and gently placed his hand on Haru's forehead. The raindrop on his forehead felt cold to the touch but his face was still warm."...You have a fever." Daisuke replied with an irritated tone, I should bring him home quick, his temperature is really high and I'm not carrying an umbrella. "I-I'm just a little drunk that's all..." . A little drunk, a little sneeze...look what happens now. Daisuke huffed and carried Haru inside the car. " HEUSC, lead me to Haru's home." "Yes sir".
