Resident Evil AU (for my bsf)

The Beginning...

It was a cold, rainy night. In a small town not far from Raccoon City, there was a residence sheltering two young women. One of them being average height for a female, average body type with a slim waist, she wore an all black pajama set for the night. it seemed as though she had no other color in her wardrobe. She had large blue eyes, pale skin, and a short, choppy scene haircut, her black hair laying perfectly atop her shoulders. The other young woman was a bit taller, thicker, and had longer, curly brown hair with blonde highlights. She wore a purple pajama set for the night, sitting on the couch she spoke to her friend who was in the kitchen,
   "Jaidan is the popcorn almost finished? I really wanna see this movie!" She softly shouted with a pouty voice.
    Jaidan replied sarcastically "Almost Hannah, almost!"
     "Argh! Alright..." Hannah replied with disappointment.
      As Jaidan waited for the popcorn to finish, she typed away on her phone. Suddenly, both of the girls phones began blaring with a sudden alert. Jaidan looked up from her text at the notification.
      "...Hannah..."
      "Is the popcorn done?"
      "That doesn't matter anymore....." Jaidan said worriedly.
      "Jaidan...are you okay?" Hannah said standing up.
      "I've never thought we would go through this in our lifetime, Hannah it says there's a zombie like outbreak, it says to gather as many beloved belongings as you can and evacuate immediately."
     Hannah's eyes widened and fear struck the both of them down to the very core.
       "but Jaidan where are we supposed to go?"
       "I'm not sure. I'll read more on it buddy...you just get dressed and start preparing to leave alright? i'll update you." Jaidan spoke sternly, but gave her friend a small, reassuring smile.
       "Okay..." Hannah said softly, then rushing up the stairs to her bedroom to prepare.

        Hannah was dressed and almost done grabbing important things she didn't want left behind. Jaidan walked in, ready to go. "It says we have to head to the police station, not the Raccoon City one, apparently it's no longer an option. Anyways we have to go to the smaller one outside of town the opposite way from us." Jaidan informed.
        "Oh my gosh, for us that's like 45 minutes away!" Hannah said grabbing the last of her belongs as they both headed downstairs to the front door.
        "I know, but if we want to live we gotta go. It's our only option." Jaidan said disappointed.
        Hannah sighed. "Alright...let's go."
    Jaidan and Hannah nod at one another as they ran outside through the pouring rain, got in the car, and headed off on their trip for survival.
