This book is also a little dark, but it's really good. It's easy to read in one sitting and it's well written.

The romance is more of a friendship, though they do get together at the end, so non-percabeth shippers would also enjoy this.

The plot is basically Percy and Annabeth trying to deal with the shitty people around them like their parents. They get seen together in public so they have to fake date, but it kinda turns into real dating. But what were we expecting it's Percabeth.

Annabeth is really well written, she's dealing with PTSD from a toxic and abusive relationship. It's not Luke for once, it's Matt Sloan. Remember him? Yeah, I don't either lmao

Percy is great obviously 🙄. He's supportive and sweet and WAY better than any guy I've ever met. (Why don't you exist Percy??? 😭)

Poseidon sucks but that's kinda the point. Not to spoil but he CHEATS on SALLY! This makes me MAD 😡 HOW DARE HE CHEAT ON THE QUEEN 👑-

Athena also sucks cause Athena. But she gets better at the end so yeah...
