Long Day

....Last period of the day -chorus- I didn't feel like writing about the whole school day ill kind of recap it in the story but this is the last period of the day....

Bri POV
The bell ringed and it was now the last period of the day, I've been thinking about all day, if august will wake up or not, the doctor said 3-5 days its been 3 days already and I want him back. I had chorus last today, and it was the second period of the day me and chris had together. We only had math and chorus together. Me and august had all of the same classes. But I walked outside to the courtyard Chris told me to meet him in the friendship garden. The second bell has ringed and still no sign of chris. I stood there for like 5 more seconds. As soon as I was walking away Chris came. "My bad B the teacher was holding us in her damn class, what a bitch" he said taking a deep breath. I laughed, "fuck her we gotta go do some singing" I grabbed his arm and was pulling him to the chorus room. "How you been feeling today" chris asked me as we was putting our stuff down by the wall and found a seat. "I been thinking about him all day, its been 3 days the doctor said 3-5 but hopefully he wakes today" I said smiling at chris. "Yeah hopefully" he mumbled looking away. I knew he was jealous the way he's been acting lately. But I acted like I didn't notice. "Okay class today we will start working on our mash up of Someone like you and just the way you are by Adele And Bruno Mars." Our chorus director Ms. DuChemin said. "Of course they guys will sing Just The Way You Are and the girls will sing Someone Like You, so I need boys on one side, and girls on the other side." She added directing us to our spots. Of course I still stood by Chris I was at the end of the girls row and he was at the beginning of the boys row. And we stood side by side. After we all got situated she passes out the music for us to read off of. I was Soprano 2 Chris way Alto August Was Soprano 2 and Alto. We got our music and the teacher began playing on the piano. We knew How to read music so this was kind of like a run through for us. First the girls began to sing

I heard that you settled down that you , found a girl and your married now, I heard that your dreams came true guess she gave you things I didn't give to you , old friend why you SO shyy ain't like you to hold back or hide from the light I hate to turn up out of the blue uninvited but I couldn't stay away, I couldn't fight it hoped you seen my face and be reminded that for me, it isn't over.

The boys came in

And we repeated ourselves. The whole class we worked on that one piece. The bell ringed. I grabbed my shit and so did chris. He gave me a ride to school this morning so he was my transportation. We were gonna go see august after school, but I gotta Lil hungry.  So we stopped at Popeye's and got us a family meal of 3 just in case August was up and he was hungry. Once we got our food we heads to the hospital. Chris grabbed the food and opened my door for me. We made our way inside the hospital and up the elevator. Room 208 I opened the door with Chris behind me , I couldn't believe what I saw...
