Hello!

A small warning of violence in this chapter, but it's small and not explicit.

Enjoy!

The reaction that followed in the common room was, in a word, marvelous. Harry kept his expression calm and collected while the purebloods all flinched in shock. Inside, he was cackling in glee at the shocked expressions on everyone's faces. Only Tom kept his calm. Harry just waited with an amused expression while the pureblood wizards and witches around him didn't know how to handle this information.

Julia snorted next to him and gave him a smirk. Making Harry smile back at her.

The rest of the purebloods couldn't decide if they wanted to scoff at Harry, look in awe or horror, or look at Tom and how he would react to all this. Then Lestrange and Malfoy started asking questions.

''How can you be a Lord? That's only possible if you've passed the right age.'' Malfoy asked incredulously.

''A half-blood? But-but how can you be so-''

''So what, Lestrange? Powerful? I think I just told you about that. And Malfoy, because I'm the last one in the Peverell line, I could gain the Lordship.'' Harry drawled. Lestrange flinched and didn't seem to know how to continue his questions.

''I think that this is enough for one night. Tomorrow is the first day of term.'' Tom cut in, making him the focus of everyone's attention.

Harry actually thought that was a good idea, feeling pretty tired from everything that happened the last couple of days. Thank Godric that he had secured an empty compartment on the train, warded it to hell and back so nobody would come in, and took a long nap. Otherwise, he would've keeled over at diner.

Just when Harry wanted to disappear to the sixth-year Slytherin dorms, he felt a small hand on his wrist. He turned back to see Julia standing there with an unsure expression. When she had gained Harry's attention, she twirled a lock of her hair around her finger.

''Would you like to have breakfast with me tomorrow?''

Harry felt amused by her boldness, and he already knew that she wasn't in the regular group with Tom Riddle. He also knew that in the future, the Greengrass family was more neutral. So Harry decided to befriend the witch.

''Of course, Julia. Is seven a good time for you?'' He responded with a dip of his head.

''Yes, thank you, Lord Peverell,''

''Please, call me Harry.'' He said with a wink which made her blush. Interesting... He should probably tell her early that he wasn't interested in anything more than friendship, but at that moment, Tom stomped by, and Harry was distracted. Why was he in such a bad mood? He wasn't just a couple of minutes ago.

''I will see you tomorrow morning, Harry,'' Julia purred, and she turned around to go to her own room. Harry sighed and braced himself before walking into his own dorm and to his own bed.

''You sure are moving fast, Peverell, just barely in the Slytherin dorms, and you already have the most beautiful witch of Slytherin chasing your tail,'' McCuliber said with a sneer.

Harry raised an unimpressed eyebrow to him and shrugged. ''Most beautiful witch, huh? To be honest, I hadn't noticed. She's not really my type.'' He said without a hint of the embarrassment he felt. He hadn't fancied anyone since Cho in third/fourth year. Harry didn't even know why they had kissed and dated in fifth because Harry's interest wasn't to her at that moment. Maybe he should feel bad about it. He thought he felt something for Ginny, but he couldn't imagine anything more with the witch. Feeling as if she was more a sister than a love interest.
