5 ~ birthday surprise

Y/n's POV

Its been 5 days after our marriage. Same schedule, I go to office at 8 and comes back at 10. We have appointed a maid, Mia. She cleans the house and cooks the food.

I woke up by my sweet friend, 'alarm'.
I growled and went to gym.

I looked at the calendar.

Y/n: 9 Feb... No one remembered

I took a warm shower and dressed up.

I went to dining room. Jungkook was already sitting there.

Jungkook : morning y/n.

Y/n: morning.

Y/n's mind : aren't you going to say anything else??

Jk: do you want to say something?

Y/n's mind: is he reading my mind right now?

Y/n: no.

Jk: okay.

I ate my breakfast and left for office.

Time skip

I was working at my office. Suddenly my mom called me.

On the phone,

Y/n : hello mom!!

Mom: y/n! Come home right now.

Y/n : anything happened mom! Its only 6 now.

Mom: y/n! its an emergency, please come to your and jungkook's home.

Hanged up.

Y/n : I am leaving.

Secretory : okay mam!

I quickly left and drove the car to my house.

I opened the door with my spare key.

There was darkness everywhere. Not even a single light was on.

Y/n: mom!!! Jungkook!!!

Y/n : God!! I can't even find switchboard.

I was about to turn on flashlight from my phone.

Then suddenly,.....

Jk's POV

After finishing breakfast. I went to my room. Suddenly my phone ranged.

Jk: y/n's mom is calling. Why?

On the phone,

Jk: hello

Mrs. Kim : jk, today is a special day?

Jk: special day!?

Mrs. Kim : today is y/n's birthday.

Jk: what! She didn't even told me.

Mrs. Kim: She is introvert, you know. Btw, I have planned a surprise party for her.

Jk : that's awesome. But what gift I should bring for her. I don't know what she likes or what she hate!

Mom : I have already arranged it. Just wear something nice. Party is at 6.

Jk: okay aunty!!

Hanged up.

I quickly get up from my bed.

I took my keys and drove to mall.

I need some clothes and also I brought a gift for her from mall. A normal gift which girls like.

I drove at home after some shopping.

There were some boys doing decorations.

Mia: Sir, mrs. Kim has sent them for doing

Jk: okay, I am upstairs. If any problem happens, kindly call me.

Mia: yes sir.

I went upstairs but not to my room but to y/n's room.

I need to find out about her likes or dislikes.

Her room was simple.

Jk: let's check her closet

I opened the closet, there were only dark colour clothes.

Then I checked her side table drawer. There were many sketches.

First one - a baby with a man.

Second one - a 4-5 year old girl playing with the same man.

Third one - a 10-12 year girl eating ice cream with that man.

Fourth one - a 14-15 year old girl is crying while an old man is on the bed.

Fifth one - a young woman is looking at the sky, in the sky there was a same old man smiling.

At the last photo I realised, she is y/n.

All the drawings are made by y/n. I was so deep into the thought when Mia called me.

Mia: sir!! Actually its 5:45, Mr. And Mrs. Kim are her. They asked you to get ready.

Jk: yes!! Just give me a minute.

Then she left. I looked at the sketches and kept them I'm drawer.

I went to my room and quickly changed my clothes.

I walked downstairs. I greeted them.

Jk : hello Mr. And Mrs. Kim.

Mr. Kim : leave the formalities, you can call us mom and dad or uncle and aunty at least.

I chuckled.

Jk: okay uncle.

I saw a large box. No!! Not a large !! It was a six feet long box with a gate at back.

Jk: what is this aunty and uncle??

Mrs. Kim: this is a surprise gift for y/n.

Jk: what is in this??

Mr. Kim : she said surprise, jk??

I smiled.

Mrs. Kim called someone on phone and told all of us to hide. Then everyone switched off the light.
