~Cancer POV~
The world felt like it was spinning. The last thing I could remember were dark red eyes. It was as if they were staring into my soul. Well, I don't have to worry about that now because that creature thing is gone.I was in a large empty room. The walls around me were concrete. There were no windows anywhere.. not even a door. I felt like I was trapped. How did I even make it in here? This must be a dream.
I stood up and wiped my sweaty palms on my ripped jeans. I was freaking out. How could I escape this prison-like room? "HELP!" I screamed. Minutes passed and I started to have a panic attack. Tears fell down my face and I crumbled up into a ball on the floor.
"Maybe this will all stop if I kill myself?" I whispered. A couple months ago I was diagnosed with depression. These horrible thoughts keep coming to me and I don't know how to block them out.
I thought about the idea for a bit, but instead decided to just fall asleep and hopefully when I'd wake up, I wouldn't be here.1 Hour Later...
I opened my eyes the slightest bit possible. Somebody was in front of me. "Who are you?" I asked nervously. It was a boy who looked about the same age as me. He had dirty blonde hair with stormy gray eyes, the kind I always wished I had.
"M-my name's Taurus," he answered. We both stared at each other for a few minutes, but I ended the awkward silence by asking him another question.
"Do you know where we are?"
Taurus looked at the ground and sighed, "Unfortunately not. I just got brought in here, but I don't really know how. It's almost like I got my memory taken away or something."
I leaned up against the hard concrete wall and fidgeted with my hands. "There has to be a way out. I mean, how could we have even ended up in here if there isn't an entrance?" He shrugged and sat beside me.
Suddenly a loud banging noise erupted around us. I couldn't tell where it was coming from but it sounded close.
"What the fuck was that?" Taurus asked confused.
"I don't know, but there's no way we can check because of these stupidass walls."Right as I finished my sentence, a small doorway appeared next to us. I honestly didn't care where it lead to, I just wanted to escape this horrible room. Taurus twisted the door knob and opened the door slowly hoping that some creepy monster didn't pop out.
Thankfully not. We both walked through the door which led us into a brighter room. It had beige walls with a couple windows AND a door, which had me relieved. The only thing I was worried about was that it looked exactly like my algebra classroom at school. How could that dark and creepy room have led into this? I was confused and so was Taurus. He studied the classroom and walked over to a desk that was right next to one of the windows.
"T-this is my school desk," Taurus mumbled.
"And this one is mine..." I replied back just as confused. We were interrupted as a tall woman with black glasses walked in. She had red heels and a pale yellow dress on. "What are you children still doing here?" she asked.
"Mrs. Crayola? Is that you?" I asked. [A/N stfu i couldn't think of anything else]
"Of course it is, Cancer. Now, you all must get going! The school is about to close and your summer awaits!"Taurus looked at me and mumbled, "We need to go."
I nodded and we both walked out of the classroom dumbstruck."What the actual fuck?" Taurus asked while hyperventilating. I shrugged, "I'm just as confused as you."
"Well, what do we do?"
I don't know what the hell he was thinking asking me that question. I'm not some genius who has all the answers to everything. I rarely got any A's in class and he expected me to solve this shit? I don't even have self-confidence!"Hello? Cancer? You ok?"
I stared at him and sighed, "Let's just see if any of our friends knows what's going on."Taurus pushed the door open and we walked down the stairs that led to the entrance of our school. I forgot that my shoelace was untied and accidentally tripped. Thankfully Taurus caught me before I face-planted. "Uh- thanks." I got back up and looked the other direction hoping that Taurus and I wouldn't have anymore direct eye contact.
"TAURUS! IS THAT YOU?" a voice called out. I turned to my left and a saw a boy with brown hair staring at me and Taurus.
"CAPRICORN!" he called out and ran to join his best friend.
"Where the fuck have you been?" Capricorn asked. "Oh! Is this your girlfriend?"
Girlfriend? I was absolutely disgusted. I had just met this dude and he was already assuming that Taurus was my boyfriend? I could already tell I wasn't gonna be close with this guy. I was about to start screaming at this Capricorn guy, but Taurus beat me to it.
"Girlfriend? The fuck you talking about? I just met her." he responded. Capricorn smirked and winked at me. "Anyways, do y'all need a ride? My friends and I are renting a house for the summer and a couple more people can fit in the house." [A/N parents no longer exist(: /j ]
"I'm in," Taurus said. I thought about it and shrugged. I had nothing better to do and maybe I could also invite my best friend, Scorpio along with me.
"Sure, but is it ok if I bring my friend Scorpio with me too?" I asked."Oh, she's already there."
"O-oh ok.." I honestly didn't really know what to think of it. I had just got trapped in a room for hours, so that was the least of my worries.
Capricorn beckoned for us to follow him and showed us his black sedan car. Taurus got in the passenger seat while I sat in the back and that's when the thought occurred to me. Where was my phone!? The last I'd seen it was before I had even gotten in the room. Had I dropped it? Did the kidnapper take it? Well, maybe I can get a new one after we're all settled in at the house. I layed back in the seat and slowly closed my eyes. It had been a rough day, but hopefully this summer will be amazing.
