"What do you think, what will you do in the future? Do you still see yourself with Chelsea?" Summer mumbled in his chest, them both laying on the bed.
"Yeah, I think. I love Chelsea, they feel like my second home. And I love London, although I do miss my family."
"Your family lives in Germany, right?" She took her head up from his chest and looked at him, her arms around his waist.
"Yeah, and my family dog, Paul. They will love you." Kai smiled.
"You think I will meet them?" She smiled back.
"Of course, I have a few games with Chelsea, and then it's international break, you could come to Germany with me if you would like?" He asked hopefully.
"I would love that, but right now, I think we should sleep, your game is in-" She checked the clock on his bedside table, "twelve hours." She put her head back on his chest, and started to fall asleep.
"Sleep well, Summer. I lo-" He interrupted himself before he said something that would scare her away.
"Good night." She mumbled, before falling asleep in seconds.

Summer walked through the rows of seats, at times mumbling a 'sorry' or a 'excuse me' for people to let her through.
She finally found her seat and sat down. Looking at the pitch in front of her, she felt goosebumps rise on her arms.
She was wearing Kai's jersey, the cold London wind making her shiver and regret not taking a jacket with her.
"Cold?" A voice next to her chuckled.
She looked next to her, to see a man around her age and a small boy, the voice coming from the man.
"Uh, yeah. Kinda." She chuckled. "I'm Summer." She smiled under her mask, covid still making them all wear masks.
"I'm Ben. Are you here as a fan? Or are you family?" He asked after introducing himself.
"Uh, I'm-" She was cut of by the little boy.
"I'm James." He exclaimed, making the two adults chuckle.
"He's my brother."
"I figured." Summer smiled, remember his question. "I'm with Kai Havertz."
"Oh, like with him as in family, or?" He asked, hoping he could have a chance with the beautiful girl in front of him.
"Uh, no. I'm with him, as in, we started dating yesterday night." She chuckled.
"Oh, wow. Congrats, I guess?" He smiled, sad he could not shoot his shot, since he wasn't going to be a home wrecker for just a pretty girl.
"Thanks-" She was once again cut off, by the fans screaming loudly, the players entering the pitch.
"Well, good luck, then." He teased, and she only now noticed the Crystal Palace jersey on his body.
"Oh. I think you'll need it more." She teased back, shocking Ben and making him smile after.
