chapter 1 the wedding!

katniss pov

"Time to wake up! its a big big big day, katniss!" says effie.

"Effie can you help me get in my dress?"

"of course katniss why wouldnt i"

"thank you but before we do let me use the bathroom."

"ok time for the dress!"

we take a few minutes to get the dress on right and fixed at the bottom. it is one of cinna's dresses that he made me.

"you look lovely darling! now lets get you to your man!"

i get my makup done at a little section at the meddow by my old prep team and it took forever atleast thats what it feels like

"alright now all we have to do is get you to the alter"

effie walks out and then my team and finally me and haymich.

when haymich finally gets me to the alter he says "good shooting sweetheart! you shot a good one."

"thanks."

"you look hot!" peeta wispers

"and you look sexy!"

finaly the minister says " we are gatherd here today to unite the man and woman in holy matromoney. do you peeta mellark take katniss everdeen as you layfully wedded wife to have and to hold in richness or in poor, in sick and in health, for as long as you both shall live?"

"I DO!" he practicly shouts.

"and do you katniss everdeen take peeta mellark as your lawfuly wedded husband to have and to hold in rich and poor, in sickness and in health for as long as you both shall live?"

"I DO!"

"may i have the rings?"

we get our rings and i notice the pearl that he gave me on the beach.

"is that the pearl?"

"yes, i saw it in the room and i grabed it and went to the jewlers and mda it into the ring you see here."

we both put on eachothers rings.

"i now pronounce you husband and wife! you may kiss the bride!"

peeta pulls my veil up off my face and kisses me passionately. and when he stoped i smiled because i was now Katniss Marie Mellark!

we run down the isle to the lake where our reseption is and i notice the cake right off the bat. i know only that kind of cake can be made only by peeta's hands.

"oh peeta it's more than i hoped for! it's soooo beautiful. thank you."

" i knew you love it and your wecome."

"shal we dance, my loving husband?"

"we shal, my darling wife!"

our first dance as husband and wife was to this old song called love story by taylor swift and it was magical. we daned more and we ate some and soon effie called us to cut peeta's beautiful cake and i notice that peeta made the people on top look like us. we cut the cake and we shove it into eachothers faces.

after a few more hours we go home and pack for our honeymoon. we gather our bags and we head to our train that presadent paylor gave us as a wedding gift. and we go to our room and we makeout and eventuly we have sex for the first time and it was amazing. after a little while we go to sleep and we get woke up when we are 30 minutes to the capitol. we get to our hotel room and we go to the heart shaped bed(honeymoon suite) and go back to sleep.
