HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIRISHIMAAAA

During dinner and after fencing practice, the two boys were seated at the table next to each other fooling around meanwhile, the adults were seated at the other side talking about royal duties.

"Dude! We should totally go to the lake and go swimming sometime!"

"That would be so cool! I would have to check tho. Since the ball is coming up I've been practicing almost every day" said kirishima stuffing his face with steak.

"That's true.. hey we'll be each other's date! That way if we fuck up it'll just be funny!" Said kaminari laughing.

"Boys, I think that's enough playing around." Said the queen.

"Sorry mom, we were only joking" said kirishima.

The queen nods and continues with her own conversation. Meanwhile, y/n and the other servants  walked into the dining room with side dishes and desserts for the royals. She sets the mac n cheese and the desserts she had near the boys since they specifically requested them. She looks at kiri and he smiles at her.

"Thank you m'lady!" He says. She smiles back and nods.

"My pleasure your highness. Is there anything else I could get you?"

"Denki, you want anything?"

"Mmmmm nah I'm good thank you!"

"We're good y/n thank you!."

"Alrighty then, it was nice seeing you kaminari"

She walked away and exits the room. 

"DUDE! Is that the same y/n as before?"

"I don't know any other y/n's so yes?"

"She got even cuter! Damn you must be lucky"

He frantically shakes his hands and Denied whatever he was implying

"O-oh n-no! It's not like that really! We're just good friends and besides I'm marrying princess ashido-"

"I'm just messing with you bro chill! But I wasn't lying about her being cute, and she's a great cook." He said while eating.

Kiri sighs and melts into his chair.

An hour after dinner, denki had left and kirishima had bathed and changed into his casual evening clothes (which was most likely a long sleeved white shirt with a v-neck and black pants with boots I HAD A VISION IDK HOW TO EXPLAIN IT) and had his hair half up half down. He walked towards the kitchen and down the stairs and was met with Abby , one of y/n's closest friends.

"Oh I'm sorry sir what brings you to the kitchen?everything alright?" She said while drying her hands

"Oh! Yeah everything's fine no worries! Uh is y/n here?"

"You called?" She walked in through the back door with some rosemary and chamomile in a basket for some tea later.

"Hey! You ready?" He said walking towards her

"Eiji- you know I can't-"

"Nonsense! Cmon! As the prince I order you to come watch the stars with me!"

"I have to brew the tea-"

"I'll do it for you! Cmon y/n go have fun! I'll take care of things here" said Abby taking the basket away from her. She sighed and looked at kirishima.

"Well then?"

"Yes! Let's go! Thank you Abby!"

He grabbed y/n's hand and ran upstairs and towards the garden.

At the garden, there was a small river right next to a willow tree that was surrounded by tulips, daises, sunflowers, and many other pretty flowers. Hanging on the willow tree was a single swing. They walked past the flowers and to the tree as the moonlight shone on the river and through the leaves.

"Alright we're here!" He said looking at the sky. He didn't even realize he was still holding her hand.

"How did you know it was gonna be a clear night?"

"I didn't, I just took a guess."

"Hm....you know, you can let go of my hand now"
She said. His eyes widened and a small blush crept onto his face.

"Right. Sorry.."

"It's alright."

She walked over to the tree trunk then sat down and rested her head, kirishima followed.

"Being a prince is hard.." he started.

"How so?" She asked

"Well for starters, you don't get to marry who you want, only the person who best fits the kingdom. Then, all these expectations they throw onto us, it's draining."

"Yes I could see how that's difficult. But at least ms.ashido is nice no?" She said

"Not as much as you are. She's caring in her own ways,but it's sometimes a little too much. I cant be myself around her unless I want to get slapped for being 'rude'" he said.

"You are a prince after all. That does suck tho, being destined to marry someone even before you're born." She added.

"Yeah , but at least I have you around right? Idk how I would've made it without you here."

"That's very sweet Ei but I think you'll be fine without me." She said looking towards him. The stars were shining in his rose eyes.

"Watcha staring at me for huh? Am I just that handsome?"

"You wish" she said as she chuckled and pushed his shoulder.

He laughed and ran his hand through his hair.

"Do you remember when we first met?" He asked

"You saw me practicing the piano and then went 'oh mY gOSH! wait can you do that again?' Then continued to watch me play"

"Yeah then I did a remix"

"More like slam the keys"

"Hey! It's called ✨passion✨"

"You dumbass"

She took off her hair bonnet , letting her low messy bun be free.

"And that's how the start of our friendship became"

"Hm.."

There was a moment of silence before the prince spoke

"You should stop wearing that bonnet more often, u look prettier without it." He said looking towards her

"Oh so I look ugly with it?"

"No that's not what I-! hey!"

"I'm only joking Ei!"

She laid her head on his shoulder and rested her eyes .

"Im so tired."

"Then take a nap"

"Mmm I cant, too peaceful. Something gonna happen."

"If something happens I'll protect you like a manly prince! Even if you aren't a princess, I can protect everyone!"

"Ei you cant even protect acorns let alone a person."

"Hey! That's because I don't care for acorns but I do care about you!"

"Hm, well alright mr knight in shining armor, if anything happens I'm blaming you." She said scooting closer.

"Yeah yeah go to sleep you deserve it."

She slowly drifts off into slumber. Kiri carefully moved his arm around her waist to hold her closer.

Little do they both know, a certain pink haired lady was watching them the whole time furious at the girl who was taking over her princes heart.
