The faint ringing of my alarm brought me out of my slumber. I groaned, stretching my arms above my head. Is it already time to get up. Today was my first day at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, a local restaurant for children. At least, I think it is. All I know is that Henry owns the place.

Henry had been a family friend for a long time. Something about his dad knowing my dad, it was a long story. That's why when I saw they were hiring, I was more than happy to apply. I was also in desperate need of a job.

Wow. I had just pulled up in front of Freddy's. The building was so much bigger than I expected. It was a beautiful Saturday, so I assumed it would be pretty busy. The parking lot was empty besides a few cars here and there, but it was still early.

God, I hope this goes well. I couldn't lie I was so nervous. When I was talking to Henry about working for him he mentioned that they can never seem to keep any employees for a decent amount of time. This worries me, alot. I wondered if there was a coworker making people angry or weird working conditions causing people to be unhappy or something. Despite my worries I opened my car door and prepared myself for whatever kind of day might be ahead.

I made my way through the front door, taking in the main lobby. It was filled with tables and chairs. Balloons and party decorations covering them. The colorful lights above the stage cast beautiful colors of light across the room. Then I saw them. 3 Robot... animals? A yellow chicken, accompanied by a brown bear with a top hat and a blue bunny. Oh my god. This uneasy feeling washed over me. Are they cute... or horrifying.

I was pondering the question when an unfamiliar voice snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Beautiful aren't they?"

I snapped my head towards the voice. My gaze was met by an award winning smile. It was a man i did not recongize. He had beautiful eyes that were locked onto mine, and was so tall he towered over me. He was dressed in a purple button up and dress pants. I realized I was staring and glanced back over to the robots.

"I'm not sure if that's the word I'd use.", I replied, taking in the sight in front of me. "Are you scared?", a British accent? I didn't even notice the first time he spoke. I didn't reply. Maybe I was, but they were just robots.

"Have you never seen them before?", I look up at him. He's asking like that was a rare thing, for people to not know about these robots. "Actually, I haven't.", a mischievous grin appearing on his face.

"How about you meet them.", he grabs my hand, tugging me towards the stage. The sudden gesture taking me aback.

"Dont worry love, I don't bite.", I could feel my face heating up. Love?!!? He just shot me a smile in response.

Wasn't I supposed to be working, where was Henry. This stranger almost made me forget why I'm here in the first place. I look around not seeing Henry anywhere. He told me he'd meet me in the lobby. I was trying to find a reason to reject following this man, but I couldn't find one. I assumed Henry would come find me when he was ready.

A sigh escapes my lips. "Fine."

I reluctantly follow the strange man's lead, as he pulled me by my hand through the maze of tables. We very quickly made our way to the stage where we both stopped. The robots are so much bigger up close. The fur of the animals seemed old and dirty and I could see their eyes void of life. Definitely scary.

"Ah-", a gasp escaping my lips. The man was picking me up by my waist lifting me towards the machines. "What the hell are you doing?", I practically screamed. "Letting you see them.", he answered. We're gonna get in trouble. What is wrong with this guy. I put my hands over his trying to loosen his grip.

"Put me down!", as if on que he let go, setting me down on the stage. "Are you crazy?" I looked out at him then the room infront of me. There were a few workers here and there but none of them cared to even acknowledge what was going on. "Maybe?" He replied jokingly. What is wrong with this guy, he's gonna get me in serious trouble what if I lose the job before my shift even starts.

The man below me laughs, "You know love...". He trails off while admiring me up on the stage. "I've always been so fond of these robots but I think i like the sight of you up there better." Why is he complimenting me like this.

I was about to get down when I could see Henry entering the room. He looked around for a second presumably looking for me before his eyes landed on me. Henry started making his way over. He looked confused and almost, angry? Oh no. Henry wasn't one to get mad but, it's literally my first day and I was supposed to wait by the door. Not be up on the stage with these robots that probably cost thousands.

Then he... started laughing?

"Will, what have you gotten poor Y/n into." Will? Henry knows this him. No wonder everyone quits if they let this guy hang out here.

"Just showing her your work.", he replied to Henry with a smile. "Your work"? Henry made these??? I had so many questions who was this man, since when does Henry make giant robot animals.

"Come on Y/n.", I was snapped out of my trance by Henry grabbing my hand to offer me help getting down. I quickly accepted, carefully getting down off the stage. "Henry you know him?" I asked, shooting a glace at the man standing next to us. Who was looking at me as if shocked I knew Henry.

"William, this is Y/n she is our newest employee, and Y/n this is William. My business partner." Business partners, this man is Henry's buisness partner. William smiled at me and let out a short laugh. I let out a sigh of relief. "I thought she was a customer" he said while putting his hand on Henrys shoulder. " and I thought I was gonna get in trouble."

"Why ever would you be in trouble?", Henry questioned. "I just had no idea you had a buisness partner. I thought I would for sure be introuble for being up on the stage." Both men let out laughs.

"No Y/n of course not, and either way I don't mind you being up there you're like family to me." Even though we had a big age difference it didn't matter. Henry treated me like family and he always had, almost acting as a father figure.

"Well then Y/n, since you'll be working here I would like you to come to my office. I'll deal with all the details of getting her a uniform so you don't have to worry about it Henry." William stated. His office, I still couldn't believe he worked here. Hell, im pretty sure he owns the place. The way he had acted with me before was so unprofessional. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go alone to his office with him but I didn't even get time to reply.

"You sure you don't mind Will? I don't mind doing it.", "No Henry don't worry I've got it.", he shot a smile towards Henry. " Ok then. Have fun Y/n!", Henry smiled at me before walking off.

"Come on, love."
