Background Krina Jain is a corporate lawyer, working at Khaitan & Co. Her grandfather was everything to her. It was his dream and his belief that she will become a successful lawyer. After her grandfather's tragic death, Krina worked and studied ardently to make his dream true. Now that she is finally accepted to her dream law school- NYU School of law. Her grandmother restricts her from going to America and instead asks her to get married.

Ansh Mehta is a son of a famous businessman, Sanjay Mehta. His mother and his sister is everything to him. He got his music talent from his mother which he will always be grateful for. But he completely detests his father. His father is greedy to the extent that he can kill his younger brother to acquire all the riches. Moreover he detest how stubborn his father is. He forced Ansh to enroll in NYU Stern business school despite knowing the fact that Ansh loved music and his Yaari band.
