"Mom, have you seen my blue bag?" I asked zipping up my blue maxi dress. Today was the last day of school and I finished packing for my summer getaway to my aunt Tina's house. She lives in L.A, which is to die for if I might add. I grabbed my makeup bag and put my usual on, mascara, little bit of eyeshadow, blush, pink lipstick, and foundation. I walked out my door and headed downstairs.
"I saw it on the counter in the kitchen." She replied from the living room.
"Thanks" I said back finding it and grabbing my stuff.
"Aunt Tina is going to be here right after school so be sure to not stay and talk." She said coming into the kitchen. "Aww, my baby girl is so grown up. A sophomore in high school" she said as she came and playfully pinched my cheeks.
"Mom! Stop"I laughed.
"Okay, okay have fun" she said as I walked out the door. Finally the end of school...
