Marcus PoV:
The whole day, I couldn't stop thinking about her. About her, the looks that we exchanged and especially to last eye-rolling-look that she put on. The last one hurt, but the other ones, those made the last one irrelevant. ,,I know it sounds crazy, but it's the truth Martinus. She felt something while looking at me, I know she did." I kinda yelled while talking to Martinus. ,,Marcus you're being delusional, she doesn't care, it meant nothing to her" Martinus stated kinda annoyed. ,,I'm not, I know her Tinus, she-" I tried to say but Martinus cut me off by snapping at me ,,I know her too Marcus just like you, I'm just not blinded by a stupid crush. Thanks to that I know that she was so selfish, that she left us when we stood by her, she left without even saying goodbye, she left us knowing we had no other friends besides her and because of her, yet she still left and never looked back, never reached out to us and once she did come back, she didn't even look at us, yet alone tried to talk to us." That left me speechless, I guess I never realized that Martinus was still this effected by her leaving Trofors. ,,I know that, I know that it hurt you, it hurt me too but who knows why she did it. She must've had a reason for it. I'm trying to tell you something completely different tho. She looked at me, her & my eyes met and she held the eye contact. When I was walking out of the class, her gaze was following me and just line you said, since she came back she barely looked at us or anyone else" I insisted. ,,Do whatever you want Marcus, believe whatever you want, but when you'll get hurt again, I'm not gonna be the one listening to you" Martinus remarked and started walking out of the Cafeteria. ,,And when you'll realize I was right and feel like apologizing, I accept written apologies only" he called jokingly. ,,I'll even send it by mail" I yelled back, making the whole cafeteria, including me & Martinus laugh. ,,Now I just have to prove him wrong" I thought. Holding that thought I made my way towards Y/N's classroom but by the time I got there, not a soul was inside. I figured out she would still be in the hall or somewhere close to the school's main door, which means I still have the chance to catch her, so I started running. ,,The she is" mumbled to myself.
