2: The Daughters

Martyn's POV

I walked into the office after Seto, Ryth and I were called by Faith. There she stood, overly tall and proud, her hands on two girl's shoulders. One was shorter than the other, and had short brown curls. Her eyes were a pretty brown and looked everywhere, a smile plastered on her face. She had a sky blue shirt and blue jeans on. Toby would like her. The other, who was considerably taller, had long blonde hair and angry looking grey eyes that darted everywhere, seemingly watching for danger. But her facial expression was that of someone kind. She wore a striped scarf, a navy blue shirt, a grey wolf hat, and blue jeans.

" These are the first two new students. This one, " She motions at the shorter brunette with a wave of her hand " Is Kaylina, or KK, as Foxx " the motions at the taller blonde " likes to call her. Get along now. Get, get! " Faith shooed us out of the room. Foxx and KK stood close, comparing schedules. Ryth went up to the two.

" I'm Rythian. The blonde is Martyn and the brunette is Seto. Can I see your schedules? " He asks, his arms crossed and his purple eyes flaring with slight anger.

" Fine. Whatever. " Foxx snaps, instantly taking a disliking for Ryth. I feel kinda bad for him, but then again, he wasn't that nice. Ryth takes their schedules and hands them to me. I shrug and read them out loud.

" Foxx's says Potions, Magic, Science, Maths. Okay. KK says history, Weapons, Demigod Defence, Magic. Okay, cool. You both have magic with us. " I say, smiling. Foxx smiles back, taking a liking to me. I smirk at Rythian, who rolls his eyes. KK whispers something to Foxx, who bursts out in uncontrollable laughter, instantly spreading that to KK once more. The two crack up over a whispered joke. " What's so funny? " I ask, raising an eyebrow. The two girls enter a new wave of giggles. Ryth rolls his eyes.

" OH THE TENSION, KK. THE TENSION! " Foxx chokes out, making both girls clutch their stomachs from laughing so hard. It takes a while for the two to calm, but when they do, we head off to Magic.

_At magic_

The two new girls instantly find an empty table and claim it. Each table seat 2, so... I sit next to Toby and in front of Ryth an Zoey. The two girls sit in the table next to ours. I hear their whispered conversations and hushed giggles from all the way over here.

                                Madame Faith

Done with seating chart.

Madame Faith slams her hand down on her desk, silencing the room.

" Foxx, KK, come up here and introduce yourselves, eh? " Faith questions. It may sound like a question but it is a command. Foxx gets up first, her superior height only dwarfed by Duncan when he's standing.

" I am Foxx Mai Brine. My best friend is KK, so if anyone does anything to her, expect a trip down the stairs. I'm done now. " She sits back in her chair. KK snickers and gets up.

" Don't worry about her, she speaks large but she's really soft. I'm Kaylina! But I also go by Kayl, Kiki, and KK! Okay. Am I done? " KK asks Faith, who nods, sending the girl back to her seat. Foxx punches her arms and whispers something in her ear, making Kayl blush. Foxx snickers and looks... evil. Really, really evil. Faith began her lecture and I just zoned out.

After magic

Foxx's POV

I smiled at Martyn, Seto, and even Rythian before leaving Magic and heading to science. This is why I hate only having one class with my best friend. When I walked in, the class was incredibly small. I took a seat in the front and read my magic book.

" Alright class. Calm down. Welcome to the class, none other than my daughter, Foxx. " I rolled my eyes at my father and stood to my towering height.

" My name is Foxx Mai Brine. I really don't care. " I then sat back down and read from my magic book. Father sighed and began his lesson for the rest of the class. Yes, I liked magic alot better than science. KK liked the old ways of doing things and science. But I didn't mind, she's my best friend. I only chose Science because my father had been hanging over me while I filled out the form. But he can't stop me from loving Magic, can he? He drones on about random sciencey crap but I just read my book. The class ends quickly, and I move on to Maths.

Kk

I jumped into history, sitting right by my dad. Having an old guy for a dad is really weird, but cool too! Like wow gg. He starts to introduce me, and I do my happy peppy thing. Fun! I sit back down and listen. Dad has always told be stories of how minecraftia was back in the day! So cool. Notch is my dad, by the way. He's the history teacher too! Even if he is, well, he will treat me like every other kid. Foxx and Herobrine? I don't know so well... Foxx is gonna end up getting hurt, then fighting with her dad and the two will make another volcano. I swear.

Later with Foxx

The day ends rather peacefully, that is until Adam. the leader of Team Crafted, and Lewis, the leader of the Yogscast, went up to each other.

" Adam, there seem to be new students. " Lewis said curtly, nodding at his sworn enemy.

" So it seems. The little one likes the old ways, like us. We will try to recruit her, I hope you know. " Adam replied.

" The taller is like us, Magic. She will be of use in any battles. "

" Hey hey wait a sec, we are gonna decide where we go, okay? Not you bastards. " I step in, facing the two of them up with even footing, even if both were an inch taller. The outcasts flinched.

" You won't last long if you don't, Foxx. " Adam said, turning slightly so it was a battle of three, not two.

" I agree for once. Your magical skills tie you with us, though. " Lewis interjected, cutting off whatever Foxx was going to say.

" Like hell. You two fight like an old married couple so much I might just ship it. You need to back. Off. "

And with that, the day ended. Perhaps the rise of the Outcasts will come?
