My life has been hell. Being sold to different vampires wasn't the life I wanted. I had no choice in this matter. If you want to know what happened, I will tell my story from the beginning.

It was a year ago when I had a fight with my mom because I tried to convince her to stop drinking and going to clubs all by herself. I know for a fact that guys will take advantage of her one day if she continues to do this horrible habit of hers. My parents had a rough divorce, and it left my mom paralyzed with a broken heart. She changed entirely as she started going to her night adventures. I lost my both of my parents in the end.

One night, I got a call from my mom to pick her up from the club. I rushed towards the door grabbing my keys on the way and hopping inside my car as I drove away from the driveway. I immediately saw her outside of the entrance to the club. I couldn't bare to look at her state as she tried to maintain her balance on her high red stilettos. As I was parking the car across the building, I saw a man approach my mom. He wasn't that tall, or strong, but he had this twisted crooked smile on his face. Clearly, this man was intoxicated.

I quickly got out of the car and stood in between the pervert and my mom. "Who the hell are you?" I glared at him, "Wow even better, two chicks!" The drunk man spoke. His words infuriated me, however, I controlled my anger.

"You're lucky today aren't you old man?" I assert with a feign smile.

"Hell yeah!"

"Yeah, you should share some of your luck to the police."

I left the stranger dumb-struck as I helped my mom walk to the car. It was harder than I thought because she was putting all of her weight on me. Over my shoulders, I gave the drunk man a glance seeing that he remained at the same place where we left him. Shouldn't he be running away already? I guess he's too drunk to properly comprehend what I said.

I placed my mom in the car, drove off and got home safely.

I brought her to her room, and laid her on her bed. The room was like a pig sty. Under the mess, the room is simply beautiful with its pure white walls and soft carpeted floor. I turn towards the bed, "Mom, how many times do I have to tell you? Stop going to clubs. I can't always protect-" I paused with my words as I saw her sleeping form.

"But I won't leave you. I love you." I walked out of the room, closing the door quietly behind me. I changed into some light-washed jeans and a blue floral crop top as I put my hair in a bun.

It was around midnight when I went outside to walk to my friend Stacy's house. Fortunately, it was just three houses away. Before my mom called me earlier, Stacy invited me to her party. Actually, she forced me as she would always remind me, "You're a teenager. You have to live a little." With her encouragement, I accepted the invitation.

I arrived at her driveway and people crowded around the house. Walking to the front door, I opened the door and I was greeted with the sight everyone grinding on one another in the living room where the DJ blast music through the big, black speakers. Couples are sucking each other's faces on every corner. With the rate of the situation and the sweaty stench, I am allowed to say that everyone in the house is wasted.

From the kitchen, I see Stacy approaching me and loudly greets me, "I'm glad you made it!" Before I had the chance to reply, I was dragged by my wrist to the dance floor. I found myself at ease as I began to swing my hips from side to side in the middle of the living room. I felt my problems roll away from me.

After two hours of dancing with random people, I checked the time and I was surprised to see that it was almost three o' clock in the morning. Realizing how late it was, I said my goodbyes to Stacy and headed out the door.

The neighborhood was in aggravating silence when I was walking back home. At first, it wasn't scary at all, until I saw a man outside a house, waiting under the dim light of the porch. I've never seen this guy before. It wasn't really my business so I looked away. Walking past the house, I couldn't help sneaking a peak at the man, however, he was gone. Perhaps he had gone inside?

I fastened my pace and continued. I felt myself release a gush of oxygen out of me when I see my house with the kitchen light on. Maybe mom was awake. I was almost to the steps of my front door when a pair of hands pulled me away from it. I willed myself to fight back, but I was defeated as my kidnapper cover my nose with a handkerchief that had an intoxicating smell. I fell into the darkness, my eyes slowly closing.

Next thing I know, I woke up to unfamiliar faces. I was in a small room with other females. Some looked younger, older, beaten, and fragile. I began to panic but I refused to lose control. Looking around, I noticed there were two men with bulging biceps standing on the way of our freedom, facing away from us. One of the guards were shorter with chestnut hair as the other guard was taller and had strawberry blond locks.

"Excuse me, where are we?" I asked the guard with blonde hair politely, trying to keep calm.

The man froze in his spot. I guess he didn't expect for me to speak in which it caused my heart to beat faster. He slowly turned around and what I saw frightened me. He was a monster. The man had big fangs. I heard the cries of the girls behind me telling me to back away.

That's when everything started.
