'You know, you never told me your name', Jamie says as she drops down onto the couch.
She took me to the park today, to show me the ducks she told me about. She gave them all names, the biggest one is Ted, the second biggest Allen and the female one is Elsa. She couldn't remember the other ones.
I sit down next to her and rub the back of my head.
'I don't have one.', I tell her and grimace, because this is an uncomfortable topic for me.
'Some people call me Death'
Jamie takes my hand. I love it when she takes my hand.
'Can I give you a name?', she asks innocently and I raise my gaze to look at her.
I smile softly.
'Sure'
Jamie beams and leans forward so that our noses touch.
'Great!' Then she pulls back and my cheeks are aflame.
'Well, what do you want to call me?', I ask curiously.
'I can't tell you yet. I have to think about it first.', she explains and I smile.
