They say , staying calm , not stressing yourself out and to relax is the best way to tackle a difficult situation....
Can you? I mean do you actually relax ,breath and give yourself the peace you need?!
Do you stop worrying about it? Or do you give yourself that 'me time' but then again keep worrying about it the whole time?
You have got only two options here , either you choose to finish your work or take out that time to relax and then finish the work once you're fresh.
But does your mind get foggy when you start something important ? does it feel like you need to clear your mind ,later decide to. Then again can you really clear your mind when all you think about is your work?
Now you're at a point of giving up, because you are so perplexed with yourself and your life that maybe giving up would solve all the problems. In that state can you really give up ? Or does your situation make you feel trapped? They say 'there is no shame in giving up', but, will your conscious allow it?
You can't finish your work, there is no peace of mind , ain't no option to give up! What will you do then?
If relaxing makes you feel stressful, is there any other way to calm yourself down and ......will you ever find it?
