Pick 1 please

There's a chance I may start writing again soon and I was thinking of some stuff to add to it along with some of the suggestions. So please comment which one you'd like to see.

-George breaks up with Dream then Dream starts dating a random girl but still can't get over George.

-George dies the Dream starts dating Shlatt while Sapnap stays in prison and they live happily ever after.

-George starts dating a doctor at the hospital and Dream gets jealous then kills the doctor.

-George, Dream, and Sapnap somehow start a poly relationship.

-Dream gets killed and George forgives Sapnap and they start dating.

-Dream and George keep dating and live happily ever after.

And all of these will take place after they find George because we can't have all of this happen while he's with Bad. And thank you so much for your patience while I was writing this and hopefully have a chance to start again.
