(This is how I imagine Scott and Derek finding out about what Stiles' real name is.
Both of these stories don't necessarily tie into each other, but they can if you want them too. There are no ships in these two scenarios, but there can be if you want.)Scott-
"Hey Stiles." Scott waved. He had been waiting at his Jeep for almost ten minutes. "What kept you for so long?"
"You know, if you're going to complain, then you can just take the bus." Stiles snapped back. He slid into the driver side and locked the doors before Scott could enter the car himself.
"Come on man." Scott whined. He tried the door handle multiple times before realizing it was locked. "Don't be like that."
"I can't hear you." Stiles teased. Scott's voice was muffled through the car window, but Stiles could hear him perfectly fine.
"Alright I'm sorry. Just let me in." Scott said defeated.
"I will only let you enter my vehicle if you say a specific phrase." Stiles said in a medieval announcer type voice.
Scott sighed, itrrated, "What?"
"I Scott McCall, am deeply sorry for opposing your kind offer of transportation. I am truly sorry Mieczyslaw Stilinski." Stiles was making a terrible semi-British, semi-Irish accent to go along with his medieval tone.
Scott was too worried about getting inside of the car to really make a fuss over what he had to say, so he began.
"I Scott McCall, am deeply sorry for opposing your kind offer of transportation. I am truly sorry M..." Scott struggled to repeat the name back. He forgot how Stiles pronounced it. Who even was that actually?Stiles stared at him longingly, waiting for him to complete the phrase.
"What is that?" Scott asked.
"What?" Stiles replied.
"The last part. The name." Scott elaborated.
"That's my name idiot." Stiles rolled his eyes. He unlocked the car, gesturing for Scott to enter, even though he failed to complete his task.
"I though your name was Stiles." Scott got inside the Jeep and looked at its driver.
"It is. That's a nickname." Stiles talked slow as if he was talking to a baby. "Because obviously people don't know how to pronounce my real name."
"So how do you then?" Scott asked, now a little intrigued.
"Mieczyslaw." Stiles said it very slow, pronouncing ever syllable carefully.
"How do you spell it?" Scott asked.
"M-i-e-c-z-y-s-l-a-w." Stiles replied.
"How do you get Stiles from Mieczyslaw?" All Scott had was questions.
"Stiles is from my last name, not first."
"Mieczyslaw obviously isn't American, so where is it from?"
"Poland. It's a Polish name." Stiles wasn't a hundred percent sure, but from what his dad has told him, he thinks it's polish.
"Jesus. Now I know why every teacher ever has paused while taking roll." Scott scratched his nose as he chuckled.
"Shut up." Stiles replied.

Derek-"And who's this?" Derek asked, annoyed. Why was some defenseless, scrawny kid was hanging out with the pack?
"He's a human." Scott confessed, though Derek had already guessed that much. His sent was blatantly human, especially among all of these other werewolves.
"Yeah, I know." Derek didn't want this kid here. What if he got hurt? He looked so small and frail. Just Derek grabbing his wrist could break it if he wasn't careful.
"He's my friend." Scott challenged. He didn't want Stiles to have to leave. He needed him here. And if he wanted to be in on the action, pack meetings were part of that.
"That doesn't matter, Scott." Derek stated. "What can he do to benefit the pack? Hm?"
"He's smart. And his dad is the sheriff." Scott barked up. Being buddy's with the police would be nice. Stiles could lay his dad off of the pack if they ever got into trouble.
"Fine. What's your name?" Derek reluctantly agreed to let the human teenager stay with the pack, for now. He would have to work the kinks out for further argrangemts.
"Uh, I'm Stiles. Stiles Stilinski." His voice was a little dry and shaky.
Derek noticed his uneasiness, and wondered why he hadn't picked up on his heart beat earlier. It was roaring. It rang in his ears for a moment after he tuned into it.
"Stiles? Did you pick that out in middle school kid? What's your real name?" Derek demanded."Uh, I don't think you'd be able to pronounce it." Stiles laughed. Derek noticed that the boys heart rate had calmed once he laughed, now the sound wasn't piercing, it was just slightly more potent then the others. But that could have just been werewolf stuff.
"I'm not an idiot. Tell me your name so I can address you properly." Derek was slightly annoyed, but also intrigued. How hard could it possibly be to say?
Scott smiled a little, quickly covering it with his hand. He knew where this was going. Issac and Liam had similar reactions. It was a bit of an inside joke between them.
"Mieczyslaw." Stiles finally said.
"Mieczyslaw." Derek said it back pretty well, apart from the fact that he messed up the click in the beginning. "That wasn't hard at all."
"How do you spell it?" Stiles asked in a cocky tone.
Derek paused for a moment. All of the triumph left his face and was replaced by confusion. He could barely repeat that name, let alone spell it out or read if off of a piece of paper.
"Let's go Stiles." Derek sighed.(927)
