Izuku didnt say anything but simply nodded his head after he got out of the cold frozen water he went to his home his Mom was surprised at his new look but she was also worried asking him if something bad happened to him and this made him sigh letting a cold breath when he told her about what happened and how he became like this she was furious
Inko knew Katsuki's mother and father since their high school days but after what she was hearing she's thinking of ending their friendship
She knew Katsuki was gdoing things too far but Mitsuki just brushed if off Inko knew that wasn't the case and seeing Katsuki's behavior she just doesn't want to deal with them
She just sighed making Izuku to be by her side making her smile the two talked for a few minutes and then he told her he needed to go and talk to someone
After that Izuku went to UA making sure no one saw him and went to the Principal's office

Nezu then got up form his seat looking out the window seeing it's still dark
Nezu:you've gained this power and it's only been a few hours....I'll allow you to end those who dont deserve to live on one condition
He looked at Izuku making him see that Nezu was racing his hand...paw? At him
Nezu:My condition is this you continue being a student of UA and I'll call you so that you can kill
Izuku then shook Nezu's paw with a small smile on his frosted face
Izuku:thank you for this Prinipal Nezu
Nezu:no worries Midoriya....if it comes down to it when you get th opportunity to end the one who caused you so mcih pain let me know

This continued for just a few days when Izuku wasn't at school he was out killing crooks, villians, rapist and so on shooting no remorse showing no mercy but when he's at school he's mostly in Nezu's office where he's trained how to think smart coming up with plans on the spot, writing down notes on theories that can help him and playing chess with Nezu while drinking tea
When Izuku heard about 1A and 1B going to their internships he stayed near Hosu for the time being wearing one of the many suits created by Mei Hatsume his personal inventor thanks to Nezu who helped by giving Mei the many resources she needed
