Princess Kotoha has not yet come of age to take the throne. With no royal duties, and a few too many criminals in her kingdom, Kotoha is forced to live on the other side of the Viridus Kingdom, her birthright.
Itsuki is the thieving, magic son of a rich landowner. He lives in a rich part of the city, but spends most of his time in the bad neighbourhoods. He uses the element if ice.
Mikka is a classy peasant, with a crush on Itsuki. She works at a pub when she isn't helping him steal from the rich and the poor. She uses all sorts if magic but favours fire.

It was a cloudy evening in early spring, light rain was pouring over the city of Morwall.
Itsuki sighed, sitting at the counter at the pub Mikka worked at, waiting for her to finish. The boy had spiky, orange hair and dull grey eyes. His facial expression was almost always cool and emotionless.
Looking at Mikka was quite different. She was tan, black haired. Her golden eyes were always shining and her face was always perky.
She set a mug of ale in front of Itsuki, giving him a poke on the shoulder. "Look alive, senpai. You're staring off into space again."
"I'm disappointed in the weather. You said it was going to be sunny." He spoke in a grouchy tone as usual. He drummed his magic fingers on the counter, swirls of frost dancing in the surface. He took a drink from the ale.
"It was just a guess. You know I'm not always right, so don't get mad every time I'm not." She huffed, flipping a curl of her hair out of her eye.
"We had a plan for today that relied on the weather, and now we can't do it." He sighed again, downing his drink and dropping a coin on the counter. "I'm leaving. Meet me outside when you're off work."
With a swish of his cloak, he was out the door, in the rain. He flipped his hood over his head and started down an alley.
Mikka rolled her eyes. She was of in only a few minutes, so Itsuki was either angry or forgot the time.
She didn't like making him angry. He called her 'idiot' and made her feel stupid. She was always trying to prove herself to him, but he just treated her like a child.
When her work was over, she slung her satchel over her shoulder and her hood over her head, leaving out the back door. Itsuki always met her their.
She looked around the alleyway. It was dark, darker than the normal street. The buildings blocked out the small amount of sun that broke through the thick clouds.
Itsuki stood on the opposite wall, leaning against it. His hood covered his face, but his hair stuck out barely, she could tell it was him.
"The rain is getting in the way of our plans, but I saw Shiba. He told me to get you and come to the castle." He mumbled the details.
"Aye, lets go then!" She nodded, pulling her hood forward as raindrops hit the tips of her hair, sizzling into steam due to her fire magic.
"Careful," he warned. "People are looking for us still."
"Shiba is with the police. If it was that big a deal, he would have turned us in, don't you think? He's not that loyal to us." Mikka smirked. She was always cautious being close friends with an officer.
"Lets just go."
They pulled their cloaks tight around their shoulders and headed into the open streets. The castle was in the higher class part if the city, where the richer people lived.
The two started northward, keeping their faces concealed from any soldiers on patrol. They caused quite a lot of trouble, especially in the area.
Soon their surroundings started to change. The streets were less crowded and messy. The people looked happier and more finely dressed, in bright colours and jewelry. The houses looked cleaner and bigger.
