Chapter 2

"BEEP, BEEP, BEEP"

"Uggghhh"

Today is my first day of school and I am incredibly nervous about having to deal with meeting new people and trying to make friends. I moved in the middle of the semester and now have to try and pick up where my class is.

"Y/n hurry up and come eat or you will be late for school!" Dad yells from the kitchen

"Coming" I call

I quickly get dressed and ready for the day then head over to the kitchen to eat.

"Honey. I know you have been worried about going to a new school but you can do this." My dad says with a big smile on his face.

"Ok Dad I'm going to start heading to school." I call as I pull on a pair of sneakers.

"Bye. Love you." My dad says in return.

I start walking to school and pull out my earbuds and start playing some of my comfort music to get myself ready for the day to come. I finally round the corner and run into Marinette.

"Oh my gosh. Marinette?!?!"

"Y/n?" She asks

"Do you go to school here?" I ask

"I do. Are you starting here?" She asks

"Yeah" I reply

"That's amazing. Let me introduce you to some of my friends they are all incredibly nice." She explains

"Hey everyone!" She yells

"Hey" the all say

"Who is the new girl?" Asks a blonde kid with green eyes

"This is Y/n new she- I mean this is Y/n she is new" Marinette says blushing

"Hi I'm Y/n I am new here." I say nervously

Before I realize it I have been surrounded by quite a lot of people making me quite nervous.

"Well I am Adrien. This is Nino." The blonde boy says

"What's up?" Nino asks

"Hi. I'm Alya. It is great meeting you I can already tell we will be great friends." She says

"I really hope we can be good friends as well." I say with a small smile on my face.

"Oh my goodness guys we are going to be late for class if we don't get a move on. Let's go Y/n I will show you around." Marinette says.

We all start heading into the school while Marinette takes me to the principle's office, and it turns out I am in Ms. Bustier's class the same class as Marinette and most of her friends. We finally make it to class.

"Oh hello. Class this is the new student that will be joining us her name is y/n. I am expecting all of you to be nice and welcoming to our new student." Ms. Bustier says

"Ms. Bustier is it okay if y/n sits next to me?" Marinette asks

"Of course you can also help her with anything she might need." Ms. Bustier says

I take my seat next to Marinette and Alya and in front of me is Adrien and Nino. Maybe school won't be so bad.

We finally get of school and Marinette has introduced me to everyone and they were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Alya and Marinette invited me to come watch the band them some of my classmates are in rehearse. I am really excited so I raced home threw my bag on my bed and started doing some homework before I leave. I woke up to my phone buzzing.

Text from Marinette:

"Are you ready y/n? I'm outside waiting to walk you to the rehearsal."

Me:

"Oh crap. Give me two minutes."

I quickly give myself a look in the mirror and try and freshen up a little bit. The race down the stairs and out the door.

"Hi. Sorry I kind of feel asleep while doing homework."

"It's all good. I hope your excited. I can't wait to see Adrien play piano he is always so dreamy." Marinette says in a daze.

"Man. You really like Adrien don't you?"

"WHAT?!?!?" She screams

"It's okay I won't say anything. I think you should totally go for it I've seen signs that he really cares for you." I say

"Really?" she asks

"Of course"

We continue to talk about her crazy crush on Adrien and the other people in our class.

"Oh yeah you haven't met Luka. He is Juleka's brother he doesn't go to our school but he super talented" Marinette explains.

"That's good to know."

We continue our walk until we start to hear some music we then turn the corner and I notice a very familiar blue haired boy.
