Chapter 4

"Good morning Dad."

"Good morning sweetie. Someone looks happy this morning. Could have something to do with the boy that dropped you off last night?"

"What? Dad! Nooooo" I say blushing

"Oooooo! I think someone has a little crush on the boy. What's his name?"

"Dad come on. I don't have a crush and his name is Luka Couffaine."

"Uh huh sure you don't. Well enough of that have some breakfast, by the way I am going to be late at work tonight so maybe you could stay over at friends if you want. It is a Friday after all."

"Really? I might consider that."

...

On may way to school I ran into Marinette and Alya.

"Would you guys want to have a sleepover tonight?"

"Of course girl. That would be so much fun." Alya responds

"We could do my place. Who do we want to invite?" Marinette asks

"I was thinking we could invite the class and maybe Luka?"

"Oh yeah I meant to ask, how did the walk with Luka go?" Marinette asks poking me in the shoulder and smiling.

"I-it was good." I reply blushing like crazy.

"I think y/n has a crush and a big one. You should Luka is a great guy." Alya says

"Oh whatever so I was thinking meeting at Marinette's at 6:00?"

"Sounds good. We should get to class." Marinette says

As the day goes on we were able to get the ok from everyone. Adrien's dad was a little against at first but Marinette managed to convince him. Those two are really meant for each other if only they could see it. The school day went by quite slowly and as I was on my way back

"WOOSH!"

Pigeons were everywhere and attacking people I went to hide and observe what was going on. It looked like the two superheroes Ladybug and Chat Noir were fighting the akumatized person. Then all of a sudden I was surrounded by pigeons...

"HELP!!" I screamed but no one seemed to hear me.

"Y/n!!"

I hear someone scream my name, but I don't know who

"Hel-ahh"

All of a sudden, I felt myself lifted into the air by a green and teal masked boy. I was so scared but as he held me, I felt myself calm down and feel a sense of security as he ran me away from the akuma.

"It's okay I am Viperion and here to help." Said the masked hero.

"How did you know my name?" I asked being confused

"Uhhh. A friend of yours Marinette said that you walk this way when I was helping her and she asked me to come get you." He replied nervously

He then set me down in a safe place far away from the akuma and told me to stay where I was and left to go help Ladybug and Chat Noir. I couldn't help this nagging feeling that he was somewhat familiar. Something about those blue eyes were so comforting and familiar, I just can't place them.

After the akuma attack I got home safely and started packing for the sleepover.

"Oh crap I almost forgot to text Luka about the sleepover tonight."

Me: "Hey."

Luka: "Hey. What's up?"

Me: "We are having a sleepover at Marinette's tonight would you like to come?"

Luka: "For sure I would love to. What time?"

Me: "6:00. See you then."

Luka: "Can't wait"

I finally make my way over to Marinette's and almost everyone is there. As soon as I walk in my eyes meet with a pair of blue eyes and I start to get this bubbly feeling.
"Hey y/n." Luka says

"Hi. How have you been since I saw you yesterday?" I asked

"Good, I have been looking forward to seeing you again."

"M-me too."

The sleepover was a ton of fun we played tons of games and had some amazing food that Marinette's parents made. It was about 12:00 by the time everyone was asleep but me. I ended up making my way to the balcony not expecting someone else to be awake as well.

"Mom I really miss you. I wish you could be here with us in Paris you would have loved it. I have made some amazing new friends and met this really cool boy named Luka. I really like hanging out with him and I think you would have really liked him. I know Dad misses you too and he is just throwing himself into his work. I really love you mom" I whisper to myself while looking up at the stars

"Can't sleep?" asks a voice from behind me.

"Woah! You scared me there Luka."

"Sorry. I didn't mean to eavesdrop but I am really glad you like it here and think we are good friends."

"You heard that?!?!" I exclaimed burying my face in my hands

"Sorry. But you think I am cool?" He asked with a shy smile

"What?! Y-yeah I-I guess so."

"I am glad cause I think you are pretty cool yourself. You know y/n I don't know what it is but I keep finding myself thinking about you. I really enjoy your company, especially at times like this."

"Really? Thank you. You are the one person that seems to just get me appear when I want to talk to someone. Like times like these are times I want to spend with you with the still of the night and the light from the moon."

"Y/n you are amazing. W-would you like to go do something with me tomorrow?" He asks

"I-I would love to." I stutter back in response

"It's getting late we should probably try and get some sleep."

We make our way back to where everyone is still sleeping soundly.

"Goodnight Y/n." Luka whispers

"Goodnight."
