Two subjects passed but I'm still feeling blue. This day seems to take forever.

First of all, Nicky keeps on bugging me about my initiation. Second, Camilla looks so helpless with them. Then, every girl in the campus that sees me walking would start whispering to their companions and some are even making it obvious that I'm the subject of what they are talking about.

"Hi Paige. I'm Sophie." One girl started talking to me the time I've closed my locker.

I accepted her offer of a hand-shake. "Hello Sophie." I greeted her back with a smile.

"Can you give this to Drake? I know you two are friends so I thought you could do this for me." My smile faded when she handed me a box of chocolates with a letter on the top.

"I have a huge crush on him since I saw him yesterday. I love him so much." She continued talking and I kept stopping myself from rolling my eyes.

"Why don't you just give that directly to him? And plus, Drake is absent today and the two of us is not even close that you can ask a favor from me." People this days are willing to be fake just to get what they want.

Well, sorry not sorry. I don't have time for people like her.

I walked pass the girl who was still embarrassed with what I said. Does she think I'm that easy?

My day didn't got worse but it didn't get any better too. It's boring not seeing him. It's disappointing to realize that myself now didn't made me any happier nor even just good. Everything was a mess. How could this day get any worse?

School was over and I'm walking alone thinking about Nicky's initiation. She told me to go to the meeting room which I don't know where and I'm sure I can't pass her initiation because Drake is not even here so I just decided not to go.

"Paige!" A familiar voice called me from the back.

I turned around to see him. "Hey Shake." I gleefully smiled while he is running towards me.

Finally, a good reason to not hate this day completely.

"I thought you're gonna be staying last night at our house? Where were you?" He asked with concern.

"Something came up and..." I am not really good at telling lies so I know that my voice is faltering while looking for the right words to say.

I don't wanna tell him that his mom indirectly told me that I'm poor.

"It's mom isn't it?" He asked half-sure. I nodded at him and he just shook his head in disappointment.

"She's always like that. Don't mind her." He said.

"It's fine."  I shrugged my shoulders. "By the way, where's Drake?"  A crooked smile formed in his lips when I mentioned his brother's name.

"You miss him?" He asked teasingly and I must admit that my cheeks are starting to feel the heat.

"Off course not." I didn't manage not to stammer while answering him. I told you, I'm not good at telling lies.

"It's obvious Paige. Don't deny it." He said it like he's sure that I like his brother. I actually felt jealous at him because he is sure of my feelings while I'm not even if I'm the one feeling it.

"Actually, Drake is sick. He went home last night soaking wet and mom even scolded him. What made me wonder is that he looks like he had just finished crying. Do you know something about this?" He is really concerned about his brother. Brothers like them is actually rare.

I nodded my head to answer him. He was about to ask me something but Nicky and the other two girls entered the scene.

"Paige!" Nicole looked angry at me. "Where have you been?" She look furious that made my heart pound.
