Is He Dead?(Luca x Alberto)

Bruno? (Alberto's pov)

This part is going to start where Luca's pov began in the last chapter but it is gonna be Alberto's pov instead. Hints to the title.

Alberto's POV

Bruno finishes my smoothie and sits in the chair across from me. "So, what have you been up to eh?"

"Why do you want to know, haven't you been following me? and I thought you said I was old enough to live on my own. Why the sudden interest in me?" He still looks so cocky and I'm sure he feels it now that he actually feels comfortable in his own body.

"Ah well yes, I just wanted to start the conversation." of course he would.

"Ya just like you want to start everything huh." I back up in my wheel chair and role off. If he really wants to talk he can follow me.

I hear his chair back up and a few footsteps coming closer towards me. Then a jerk on the back of my wheel chair.

"Wuh- WHAT THE FUCK BRUNO I know you want to talk but you dont have to jerk me back. I dont have much control in this thing."

He looks so innocent now, which I know he is in this situation but it only brings back bad memories of the past. Back when he used to fake his innocense to make me feel bad for him.

"Oh I, I am so sorry I just wanted to talk and didn't know how to grab your attention." He coulda just caught up and talked to me but I forget sometimes his brain doesn't work like mine.

I role off towards the elevator and Bruno is close behind me the whole time.

*ding*

The elevator opens and bruno walks in first. We stand there in silence for a few minutes and then he starts talking "So, uh, Alberto?"

"Yes Bruno?" He looks nervous and has his hand on his hat which he is holding up against his chest.

"I'm sorry for being such a bad dad. But I need to tell you the truth...you know Massimo?"

"Ya?" Is he really gonna tell me how he knows him?!

"Well um, he's also um-"

*Ding*

It wasn't my floor. It was a floor that picked up an old lady and a nurse who was pushing her.

Bruno was silent and so was I. no sound other then the elevator going down.

Further away from my room. Just another delay from me getting back and sleeping.

Eventually they got off and Bruno Continued.

"Well. Massimo is your father. He's the man I went to every once in a while when I went up to the Human town. He's why I left you, but he didn't want me. I felt ashamed to go back after leaving you. So I'm sorry. But please don't blame him. It's my fault. And I understand if you don't ever want to see me again. Just know that If you ever need me I will be here. In Genova."

He nods his head as I look up at him and smile.

Why wouldn't he come back. It was so much time that he was gone. I thought he was gonna be back after a year. maybe two but he never did. Not coming back was where he messed up.

I know there's something wrong with me but that doesn't mean he has to feel ashamed to go back to me.

He should feel more ashamed for stalking me.

*ding*

We finally get to my floor and he gets off with me. As soon as we get off he places his hat on my head and walks away saying goodbye.
